I love your website. It's user friendly, with a very clear description of product and ingredients. Very concise, making choices simple. Love free shipping, however, would like it to be without a minimum (or perhaps a minimum of $20). Delivery time was good and, of course, the products are all top-of the-line under one site. My local pet store is beginning to carry more of these holistic brands, so, because It's sometimes hard to reach the $49 min for free shipping (I have a toy breed), I may take advantage of purchasing the food locally, even though I'd rather order online.

Very happy with the product and service

I have been ordering online for delivery from Pet Food Direct for several years. MrChewy's prices were better, so I placed an order. One of my packages arrived damaged and I complained about the packaging. A new shipment was sent out that day with a sincere apology from MrChewy. If they can maintain this level of professionalism, I will stick with them.

I like the auto reorder discount option. Goods were delivered promptly which I also appreciate. I do wish we were sent valued member flat discount offers.

i cudnt change my date of getting shipments ..major exasperation. i was told saturday morning my stuff was shipped. if i had known it wasnt i was going to add a case.it was shipped monday night. thanku

I refer other family members to use the site. I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 if it were just slightly lower in price compared to petsmart, grocer, etc. But it's worth it to me to not have to drag a 40lb bag out of the store and into the house. Plus they carry high quality dogfood unavailable anywhere else. I'll be a customer for a long time.
