When I placed my order I asked the customer service rep (very nice guy) when I could expect delivery. He said if I ordered then I should receive it on Saturday the 7th. I said ok because I needed it by Monday the 9th. Today is the 10th. I still don't have it and I have been forced to purchase elsewhere, yesterday. So far, not a great experience for me. Don't need the food now.

I ordered my dog's food on March 21st and it is March 27 and I have not yet recieved my order. Was told fed ex does not work on sunday or mondays. Would prefer to order from other websites.

I ordered on line because I was recovering from surgery and having a difficult time getting around. Originally the order was to be delivered within 48 hours. When it did not arrive I tracked it to find the date had moved out. Due to later delivery date i had to purchase other food. Then fed ex called and said the address was incomplete, I gave them info. Two days later Mr Chewey called again to get address. It arrived today, the order was correct but one bag of food was open and food had spilled out all over the bottom of the box.

The website very clearly says 1-2 day shipping. Apparently, unlike Amazon or other industry standards, Mr Chewy interprets that as 'we will pass it off to Fed Ex in 1-2 days. When you receive it is a different story'. Which, apparently, is 2 weeks after I ordered it.

Rating would have been 5 star if UPS had been used instead of Fedex ground. I had to drive over a half mile to leasing office in order to retrieve both packages. Fedex claims online that delivery was attempted but that is a lie. Delivery was never attempted to my door. No notice was left at my door and I was home all day both days. Mr.Chewy contacted me almost immediately and suggested that I request that my order be sent UPS the next time that I order. I will certainly do that. It's a shame that the lazy delivery people at Fedex ruin the reputation of Mr.Chewy who obviously had my best interest at heart.

We discovered this site by searching for our favorite dog food, and were impressed by the products and the prices. While ordering, we saw an offer to double our savings by scheduling, but when we checked that box that discount wasn't applied. So we looked around further, then went back to the order page where we found that the offers were different. Biggest surprise was that we were told via email that the order was placed even though we never executed that command. In effect, we felt hustled and deceived to get the sale. We're disappointed that their chat service claimed complete unawarness of the problems, bugs, or inconsistencies on their order page, and the owners made no attempt afterward to get to the bottom of the problems or show any concern about our frustrations with their site.

I like the ease of ordering online. But is seemed to take alittle long to get here.

I ordered two boxes of cat litter. Other one was broken, I had cat litten on my porch and in my house. Maybe it wasn't MrChewy's fault but was irritating anyway..
