i used chewy because it was quick and easy. i gave them my vet info, pet info, offered my urinary cat food for $120 a bag, only to find out i have to wait for authorization again. same cat. same vet. same food that i’ve ordered multiple times in the past. So they’ll take my $202 from my account and not ship my cat food. it’s cat food. not nuclear secrets. i order from them bc it was quick and easy. Now thats its easier to drive 22 miles to my vet to buy it, ill be doing that. no more chewy for me.

the website says order 2 and get a 3rd free. website is difficult to understand and they don't send a 3rd one. emailed them and they say it's in the fine print.

They used FedEx for their deliveries . Employees from FedEx are very disrespectful to customer’s properties. We ordered some pet treats and liter, Chewy company didn’t packed properly, packed food and liter in the same box. Liter bag was cut opened and food bags got destroyed, all liter sand and food were mixed in the box. Then FedEx employee slammed the box on the concrete at my front door when he delivered. My ring camera captured it how hard he threw it on my brand new concrete, and crack line appeared.

I ordered expensive dog food. 30 lb bag. First bag was two years expired and contained mold. They quickly sent a second bag and it was a year expired. Who is training their warehouse staff? Who sends out old food? I am told I got a refund. I told them to cancel my account and don't send me emails Bad business practice.

Disappointed with this company since they started telling me to send items back even if the food wasn't looking good. A customer service representative told me once that if I didn't have the original package, I would have to put the dry food in a plastic bag to return it. I do see many good reviews here complimenting chewy for the flowers they reveive after pet passing. Are you kidding me? Making hard time for some customers to return something that is unusable and sending expensive boukets Also 1-3 days shipping is not very accurate, I did receive some of my orders in 5 days, including pharmacy item. But, I never called them for that.

Some chicken sticks got my dogs sick. I thought it could of been something else so I waited and gave my doggos the treat again and they got sick again. 😫 I will never order anything from chewy.com. I called and told them about my issue as well.

I have sent 4 emails asking for a receipt.I save points at Purina. I've never received any reply..no ok , no we don't do that. I have received 3 surveys " how did we do" did we solve your issue? Kidding right? I get emails telling me " I need this" so I know they have my email.and i know enough to stay away from.this company..they show how little they care once they have your money. Gezz I'd hate to have problem!!! This review asks date? It's been 2 weeks since I first asked I used them.maybe two or three years back for autoship and as someone else pointed out they send orders way ahead of time..I had so much cat food at one point i had no room to store it also cheat you out of coupons and deals..I received a coupon in the mail and thought I'd give them a try with a one time order of half of what I'd Normally buy..their customer service has gone from poor to non existence. I filled out every survey stating NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME ..so it would appear they don't look at the surveys they send or just don't care.

Auto ship has deteriorated badly. Chewy failed to ship an ordered package of dog food twice. The first time Chewy claimed a “glitch in the system” caused an failure to ship. Upon calling Chewy a replacement package was ordered… the replacement shipment has now stalled for 3 days after receiving a “shipping label.” Never had this problem before with over 10 years of transactions with Chewy. I’ve now switched to Amazon and the order is underway.
