I was happy they had my special dog food but ordered it on the 7th and it arrived on the 11th. The site says fast 1-3 day delivery so I called a rep and he saidoh no some times it takes longer. These were work days and not weekend days so I was dissapointed and we were out of dog food for a few days.

Waiting for food. Dog sitting for two months and am running out of food. Ordered last week was supposed to be here in two days, am still waiting. Damaged in shipping, I guess the bag opened! Should figure out a way to ship a bag of food, maybe a box so it won't spill. Hurry up food!

The box used was insufficient for the weight of the product. It was lucky that it did not fall apart before arriving. For this reason, I would not reorder.

I ordered two Wyson variety packs. Nine of the 12 cans were dented. I spoke to a cust. serv. rep. the next day and he said they would replace the cans right away. Only six cans were replaced. I had to contact cust. serv. again in order to find out what was going on and was told I would have to accept a refund for the three cans as it was impossible to ship just three cans. Not sure if I will order from Mr. Chewy again.

When my package promptly arrived ( 2 cases and one bag of cat food) The bag had split and the food was everywhere and most of the cans were dented. Some quite severely.

I was told it would be three days for delivery, then I was told four days for delivery we are on day six and still no dog food. What's the point in ordering from this company if I still have to drive to buy dog food when the order doesn't come as promised.

Fedex called me last week and said you had omitted some address information. I gave it to them (I didn't believe them), I was lead to believe it would be delivered last Thursday, but still not delivered!!! Find a different carrier, like UPS, or USPS.

I ordered a 28 POUND bag of Natural Balance Lamb and Brown Rice, along with a 14 OUNCE bag of Natural Balance Lamb and Brown Rice treats. The treats are in a bag, not a box. The shipment of ONE box, containing BOTH items, with NO special packing for the treats.....guess which item won the shipping battle of being throw around from truck to truck to finally my home. It's a NO BRAINER!!! the 28 POUND bag won over the 14 OUNCE bag of treats and now I have POWDER for treats! They couldn't have been more pulverized!! Way to go! For my FIRST shipment from MrChewy, I'm NOT impressed and will consider canceling any future order from them. This is NOT acceptable, and I'll wait to see what their resolution is....if they have one. I've not contacted them yet, that's next on my list! If they fix the problem, I'll continue...time will tell!
