I don't usually find myself driven to write a review due to a company's thoughtfulness, but I had to do it for Chewy. I went on their site to remove my pet's profile because we had to say good bye to her last week. Shortly after doing this, I received flowers with a lovely note of condolences from Chewy. Wow... so lovely to have a big company do this.

Having to call and cancel my authorship for Penny our dog was hard and I was annoyed I had to speak the words & could not just do that online...when I was connected to Patricia her understanding and concern was a kindness I really needed. Having already donated that day my last order to Buddy Dog I didn't realize she was telling me they were going to refund that order to my account and that's what they wanted me to do...I was trying to tell her I couldn't return the products...when I realized what she was saying I was just so blown away. Then 2 days later I received a sweet bouquet of flowers with a kind note and it really helped to put some love in that empty space I struggle with having my friend gone. It's a difficult loss you can only understand when love a dog (or any buddy) who's always been there for you. What a beautiful kindness they shared.

Chewy & Family , I sadly lost my Milo Kitty last Thursday due to heart failure. I reached out to you all to cancel my autoship your customer service Reps were helpful with this. Also their compassion ❤️ But then a few days later I recieved a suprise beautiful bouquet 💐 and heartfelt note for my Milo kitty's passing!! I wanted to say, I am so touched that you care about your chewy clients/pets . It made my heart smile, cry & smile again!! Thank you so much from our family to yours ❣️ ALWAYS HELPFUL WITH EASE OF ORDERS, MEDS CAME QUICKLY ALWAYS, GREAT STAFF AND COMPANY!!

Great customer service --- answered the phone quickly and English was obviously the first language of the woman that assisted me. I gave them a wrong address for delivery. They are sending me a new order and told me that if I contacted the folks at the delivery address where I used to live, to tell them to donate it to an animal rescue place. And as I said above, they are sending me my order to the now corrected address at NO CHARGE! I'm a client for life now.

My mother Claudia called and talked with an agent to order food for her puppy. While on the phone she told the agent that she had not been feeling well during the course of their conversation. The agent whom I have no idea who they are was a lady. She told my mom she was sorry to hear that and then ordered the food. Fast forward a week and my mom received a beautiful hand written card saying she and the company wished her well to for a life of good health and rest. It was signed " Your Chewy family". also enclosed was a coffee cup and tea bags. I am blown away at the kindness of the agent and company to note this and then send the note. What a great employee and company. You have us for LIFE ! Thank you chewy family. Tim - Son

Their customer service is always so kind when I have questions about products. I really enjoy speaking with them and they are always prompt when answering emails or chats. I feel like they are more Mom and Pop than a big business.

Chewy.com is awesome , my order was delivered in 2 days after placing and they had a $20.00 off coupon to put toward my order.They sent me a $20.00 off coupon in the mail.

I am so grateful for Chewy. They have really helped me as a new cat owner, as well as always being ready to connect me with support or a vet immediately. I had an issue with food (my cat just didn't like it) and they let me keep it so I could donate it and made sure to refund me instead of making it complicated. They have incredibly fast delivery times and have always been so kind! I literally love them so much,.
