We recently moved to the middle of no where and all the local petstores carry my dogs brand of food but not her specific kinds. Though some said they could and others couldn't order it, the prices varied significantly. MrChewy had each of her specific dog foods for a few dollars cheaper, free shipping due to the total order price and it was delivered to my front door in two days!!! My only negative comment is that I wish the site had a better selection of dog treats, bones, etc... in which case I would be able to make MrChewy my one stop shopping website instead of ordering from multiple sites.

My order came in a timely fashion, however the carrier left it on the front porch where there is no protection from rain. When I ordered my dog food, I specifically asked that a note be attached to the Fed Ex carrier to place on back porch. My big disappointment was when I opened the package and found the wrong dog food. The invoice packing slip was correct, but the dog food bags delivered were not. I corresponded the Mr. Chewy's business. The employee was kind and remedied the situation without missing a beat. My correct dog food was delivered and placed on the back porch. The incorrect dog food is to be donated to my favorite rescue. All turned out OK.

I was very pleased to find Mr. Chewy online. With a very busy life, it helps to not have to make a trip out of the way to the health food store to get my dogs natural food. For even more convenience, I set up auto pay so their food ships automatically at the intervals I selected. Highly recommend Mr.Chewy!

The initial discount is nice, I enjoy autoship though would enjoy some continued discounts once in a while. Overall great service and very convenient.
