I loved that I got my order fedex'd for free and received it within two days. The only thing I didn't like was the Acana food I wanted was out of stock in the 30 lb bag, so I had to order the more expensive flavor. Other than that, no issues.

This is the first time I have ever used a mail away service for dog food. The prices were really great, a much better value than the pet store prices and no extra shopping stop to make with my fractured leg! In my opinion if you included the shipping in the price you would have an unbeatable service.

Unfortunately, the bag of dog food had been cut and had a hole in it which caused spillage in shipping.

Everything was great re: ordering and shipping time. However, I received two large boxes. One for the dog food (35 lbs) and an equal sized box for a 30" bully stick (<1 lb). There has got to be a better way, perhaps wrapping stick in something and including it in the food box?

When we moved to another state I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find our cats food. Mr chewy made it easy to find our brand and it was very affordable and super easy.

I ordered cat food and flea treatment on Thursday afternoon and it arrived less than 24 hours later! And since I ordered $50 worth, the shipping was free. The downside was they only have products for dogs and cats and my preferred type of cat food was sold out. Still, I was happy with my order and I would order from them again.
