Shipping times can be changed, but after a week when supplies where getting low I called Mr.Chewy who said oh yoir next order isn't till "October" which at the time was 2 months away!!! I asked my shipments come the first week of the month but not on Wed. Every once in awhile id call for extra kitten food or litter. Next thing I know Im getting my orders mid mo. 27th. Then to top this off after 2 yesrs of me spending almost 400.00 a month they left me food less for my 12 csts and 4 dogs oh I got canned food only....but my pets eat dry free feed. With meat mixture 2 x a day. When I called they said they where out of Royal canin. So being disabled homebound veteran I now had to pay someone to go pick up food for me. Just felt after 2 years they may have got me 1 bag totide my cats over for a few days but No...Nor did the even throw in a cheap cat toy for my inconvenience when my food finally arrived No Big Notice Royal canin changed its receipe from chicken meal to corn all my cats came down with loose stools and my dogs. We switched foods and suppliers.

Like the auto service, but your price should remain at the discounted price, why else would someone stay in the auto ship after the first time. You are losing your edge over your competition with this policy of bait and switch. Not good.

I received my dog food with a big cut in the bag of food and the someone else's invoice. Not very please with my first shipment. I have signed up for auto ship every 4 or 5 weeks. Not a happy customer. Jude Harper

We bought some vanilla and almond dog spray and it was $11. The shipping for it was $5 which is ridiculous for a 1/4 of a pound item. When we got it we sprayed it on the dog and it smelled like baby powder...I hate baby powder smell. The only thing I am glad about is that I had a $10 gift card so I didn't waste as much money on it.

After receiving the dog food, I made a small amount for my dogs and NONE of them (and I have 3) wanted the food. I didn't think it smelled good either! Very disappointed after seeing the product on TV and then reading the reviews! Guess I'm stuck with it and won't be buying any more!

Product was delivered quickly but my dog tore it up in less than ten minutes. Advertised as durable. NOT Accurate.

Prices are good shipping is free but takes a long time to get package.

I ordered from your company and expected to get my product in 2 days just like the website said. I carefully tracked my order as my animals were running low on food at home. I saw 2 days later good it was on the truck for delivery and I would be able to feed my cats dinner that night. Two different delivery drivers came and went and no package?? Got back on to check the status and it said delivery exception?? I looked to see and it said attemped to deliver package at 3:20 and bussiness was closed?? We are open Monday-Friday 8-5 so was not sure why it said that. Called the company that was supposed to deliver the package only to find out the driver had no idea where we were and scanned that door tage to get the package off his route. I was mad then the man at the warehouse where the package was headed back to asked me what would you like me to do send him back to deliver it and I said yes, he then said tough and that I would have to wait till the next day 1st part of the am. Once again the package did not come I called back and they said the driver had it again but could not break his route and it would hopefully be here before 5. Never have I been lied to and had such a bad experience as this and it makes me double think who I ship things with in the future. My products sat on a truck in freezing temperatures for 3 days so not really sure how I feel about feeding it to my animals. Next time if I ever order from this company again I will call and ask them to send it with a different carrier and pay the difference.
