I have genuinely NEVER had such an amazing customer service experience. I had to call to return an item i ordered on accident and it was immediately answered BY A REAL PERSON!!! AND HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE AN INDIAN ACCENT!!! WHAT?!?! That's so crazy in today's world. They also have such a large selection of so far in my experience very high quality items. I will be using Chewy for literally all of my pet needs for the rest of my life that was amazing.

I submitted a 2 star review for a product that didn't meet the listed specs. I sent them an email at 11pm on a weekday to say I wanted to do a return, and I had a reply less than five minutes later apologizing and I was refunded the total, no questions asked. The items for return are being donated to a shelter. Amazing customer service! And I can get things here that are hard to find elsewhere. Their prices are competitive too.

I have used Chewy for years and years and never had even a slight problem They carry a HUGE variety of products at prices comparable or less than other outlets. Shipping time is always fast and accurate and their Customer Service is truly outstanding. I highly recommend Chewy for your pet's needs.

I’ve been a Chewy customer for more than 7 years, purchasing everything from toys, wee pads and dog food to prescriptions, and they have consistently taken exceptional care of me and my babies. Over the years, Chewy has sent birthday cards and discount coupons for Bailey and Bentley, quickly taken care of orders I placed by mistake with no hassle, and always made customer service feel easy and personal. A few years ago, they completely surprised me by sending a beautiful canvas painting of Bentley simply for being a customer. I still have it, and it remains one of those gestures you never forget. Then recently, Chewy learned of my baby Bailey’s passing because of a prescription refill issue. Completely to my surprise, they sent me a beautiful flower arrangement with a heartfelt sympathy note. 😔❤️ That meant more than they probably realize. Chewy has been very good to me for years, but the portrait of Bentley and the flowers after losing Bailey are what take this company to another level. Those gestures weren’t about selling me anything. They showed genuine thoughtfulness, compassion and an understanding that our pets are family. After 7+ years as a customer, I can confidently say Chewy is so much more than an online pet store. Their customer care is truly exceptional. ❤️🐾
