I was updating my profile on Chewy.com the other day and marked that our Sami had passed. I didn’t think much of it…..just one of those necessary, painful housekeeping things. Then, out of the blue, this beautiful card and hand-painted stone arrived in the mail. Totally unexpected… and so deeply appreciated. Chewy didn’t have to do anything. But they did. And that, my friends, is what #unreasonablehospitality looks like. In a world full of automated everything, Chewy reminded me that real compassion still exists…..and apparently, it ships free. Thank you, Chewy, for honoring Sami’s memory in such a thoughtful, personal way. You turned a routine update into a heartfelt moment I’ll never forget.

I love chewy so much. I have used them for my 5 pets over the last 6-7 years. They have amazing customer service. Very rarely do I have an issue but when I do they jump on and fix it right away. They have even fixed issues I never reported. The auto ship is wonderful and delivers fast. They are always running some kind of deal. Truly the best and I couldnt be happier with this company. They also send cards on your pets birthday and give you a discount for a birthday treat. Sadly one of my pets passed and they reached out with condolences as well. I recommend chewy to all pet owners.

Generous company. If you receive a package by error they say you can keep it or donate and send a donation form on their behalf. Email responses are speedy and kind.

Great! I help my grandmother out in making many purchases each month and they are always on time. My only HUGE complaint would be to please pack things better!!! Just because I order two big bags of hard food and one big bag of litter doesn't mean you have to shove it all in one big box!! That makes it especially difficult for the delivery driver to deliver the item safely (and without dropping it). Its also makes it incredibly difficult for me to bring in!! One thing I will mention is that Chewy really puts customers first. When my grandmother's pet passed, they sent her flowers. This was an excellent touch and made her feel very happy to receive.
