I got almost everything that I was looking for from mrchewy, and the prices were quite competitive. I did some price searching and considering the no shipping cost over $49, couldn't find better prices. I ordered on a Friday afternoon, and by that evening I had an email saying my order had shipped! It did take a few days to get here once it had shipped (four), but wasn't too much an issue- probably more for my cat who had to eat dog fod for a couple days. Mrchewy- you need arm and hammer double duty cat litter- the only thing I couldn't find, so I still had to make a trip out to the store. Thanks for a great experience!!

Found what I wanted for a good price. The site was easy to use and they sent me things right away. The only reason that I am not rating it a 5 is that the required automatic renewal for the discount is for 14 weeks appart. I like ordering food only twice a year and that option is not available.

Item shipped the next day. Could not find variety pack of blue buffalo canned cat food.

Got the veterinary dog food very quickly. In fact, a day or 2 before vet called asking about the fax rec'd from Mr Chewey to get authorization to send the food. You may want to have that process complete BEFORE shipping the product to stay in good graces with vets. For me as customer, I guess I love the super quick turn-around to get the product, but I can see where a vet would become skeptical if customers get prescription foods/products w/o prescription verification. Thanks John

The order arrived at my door less than 48 hours after placing it, which was great! I enjoyed dealing with Mr. Chewy and find it to be an interesting, customer-focused company, but regret that I cannot continue to shop there. It does make financial sense to order from Mr. Chewy without the 15% discount which is offered only on the first shipment. I must return to shop at the pet store with which I have dealt.

As the econ is tough right now, and I was searching for deals, Mr Chewy proved to have the best deal when you set up a delivery plan. I wasnt sure I would go with a plan but after thinking about it, it made sense, and the savings was right. Delivery was quick, and the site will let me manage future deliveries. Customer service was nice but not that knowledgeable when I had some specific questions, however they returned my call and questions the best they could.

I liked that I got 15% off the first order, but if I submit the same order again with the recurring delivery, I will be spending about 10 dollars more than I normally would on dog food. The shipping was fast and it was convenient, yes, but like I said, the prices are a tad bit high with shipping and everything.

Quick, fast service, along with great prices. Mr. Chewy has a wide selection of pet foods, treats, anything for your pet's needs.
