Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I won't shop PetSmart due to their supporting Michael Vick's book signing. I usually shop Petco or Chewy.com. Chewy does deliver to your door but you need to keep in mind that they use FedEx Home and FedEx Home doesn't deliver on Mondays. I placed an order last night with Chewy expecting it to arrive Tues or Wed. Was notified not arriving until next Sat! Totally unacceptable. To add insult to injury, money deducted fr my bank but a refund on something not even shipped yet would take three days!! I no longer recommend Chewy.com. I have to order when I have the money to pay for it & often am almost out. Not happy with them any more. Finances are stressful enough without adding unacceptable shipping times.

I placed my cat's prescription food order on a Wednesday, and five days later I have not received it. I was supposed to get it in 1-2 business days, and it's going to be 6 days at the very least.

According to Chewy.com website - they offer free "1-2 day shipping" on orders over $49.00. I signed on for autoship of my dog food for every 2 weeks. Wasn't receiving the packages until 4-5 days after the order was placed and my credit card debited for the order (order auto-placed and paid for on Friday mornings). Spoke to representative "Kayla" and was told that they use FedEx Home Delivery...and that FedEx doesn't pick up or deliver on Saturdays. Went to FedEx website and sure enough - FedEx Home Delivery specifically states that they pick up and deliver orders on Saturdays. Nice false advertising Chewy.

Got a gift card for this site..ordered stuff ok but have to say the cost of cat litter on this site is at least $2.00 a bag higher than the avg per bag at any stores in my area.

This was our first time ordering from chewy and We ordered a 31 lb bag of dog food and 16 lb bag of cat food along with litter and canned food. Fedex delivered it to the wrong house, and the dog food and cat food attracted ants to both the house that it was wrongly delivered to and our house when we picked it up from the house (2 boxes both over 50 lbs). We never had that problem when we get the bags of food from the store. We thought this would be easier for my aging mother but it was a disaster. We will continue to just buy from the store for a bit more money. The customer service team from chewy were all very friendly and they gave us a refund, the biggest problem was fedex.

Yes I bought the Bergan food dispenser. I read the reviews thought I would give it a shoot used it for 24 hours .well needless to say my babies didn't eat. I felt soooo bad... I have English mastiff "s well there mouths are to big. So now I have a semi expensive item that I cannot use....:(......

Do not expect 2 day shipping, apparently it is a way to get new customers. It's back to Amazon for me, they promise delivery that is realistic and deliver earlier by a full day. I prefer honesty to hype!

Six days after my order, I am still waiting for 1-2 day shipping. First, I received an email saying there was a problem with my order, but when I called, they just wanted to confirm my information. What is the purpose of online ordering if you have to call to confirm? Every day since then, the tracking information extends the delivery date one more day. We'll see if my order arrives and in what condition. I'm not impressed since I only went to Chewy because Amazon was going to take a week for delivery.
