You need to have better shipping boxes. Mine came damaged. Other than that I love the fast service, and good prices.

Quick delivery but many of the dog food cans were dented. This was my first order so I will wait to see if this problem continues.

My fur-kids kibble arrived one day earlier than expected in excellent shape. Ordering kibble on-line is a first for me, not to mention scheduled deliveries. I am excited to try it out and no longer be concerned about the local store hours. I was impressed with the variety offered and pleasantly surprised with the shipping method/charges. Other kibble sites wanted $20 for shipping. I will drive to the local store at inconvenient hours for $20. Thanks Mr Chewy!

My only concern was the few dented cans. Although I found no problem with the dented cans, I would not normally purchase a dented can for fear of contamination. As far as value, Mr. Chewy can't be beat.

The bff products are the favorite food of my 17 year old cat; she is an extremely fussy eater and she loves the bff canned foods.
