S&H is always expensive but I got my dog food in a very timely manner and was happy with the selection they offer.

I was happy the order came in very fast. Your prices are good and liked that I did not have to pay for shipping. Only problem is w/ the bag of treats I ordered was smashed and many pieces were broken. I will order from you again.

My cat can eat the urinary so, but my vet prescribed urniary so 33 and I don't think they are the same thing I gave you the vets number etc.

I was very happy with the price and fast shipment of the product. The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because the box arrived damaged. The items were a bit too heavy for the box they were in, and the box had split open. Several caba were dented, and the receipt was hanging out. Other than this, though, I was very happy with the service and would order from this company again.

I placed my first order with you all as my nurse at the veteranarians ofice said she uses your Cat food. She explained that that her cats liked your salmon (she ment the bag with the cugar on it) for the better ingredients. I have been ordering Science Diet ID as both of our Oriental Shorthairs need easy to digest food-no grains as fillers. they still throw up frequiently and the nurse said your food helped to stop that. When I received your food I read the labels and noticed that the label said Best by 25/Jan/2012 which upset me but when I called you you instantly said you would send a replacement. It was very easy to order my dog's food on line. Using Mr. Chewy saved me a few dollars, but equally important, it saved me time. The dog food was sent right to the house and I received it within 4 days of placing my order.
