I have always had great customer service with Chewy and they are always willing to fix any issues that come up.

On 6/17/2025 our little guy Pico, a chihuahua mix, left us for the rainbow bridge. He was 17 years 10 months old and always in excellent health. After a short illness, it was time to go home. I contacted Chewy to let them know that Pico had passed and to please stop our autoship products. The representative was more than kind, expressed her and the Chewy families condolences and to please let them know if they could be of help. Today, unexpectedly, a delivery van brought us flowers. My assumption was that it was from family expressing their sadness about our loss. I opened the attached card and the tears came. It was from family, the CHEWY family. My wife and I cannot express the words to thank you for your thoughtfulness and kindness. The customer service throughout the years from all of the Chewy representatives will never be forgotten. We are retired now and are not planning on any future pets but you can never say never. If we do decide to get another pet, Chewy will definitely be there to help. I love that you don't have to wait forever to get your furbabies things. Also, if you get something you don't like, Chewy will work with you 100%. Once I started using Chewy, i don't order anywhere else.

I was in the greater Nashville area and I needed dog food asap. I called Chewy and unfortunately I was told it wasn't in stock. There was good news though - they told me that there is an ops manager at the Nashville site that loves to intimidate and dominate freight - guy's name is Jared Campbell I guess. His nickname is Mick Tingelhoff. Guy got a hold of the vendor and had the item I needed on his dock within an hour. What's wild is I'm told he then hopped on PIT equipment and replenished the item himself. Seeing the item dwelling in his fulfillment center, Jared was disgusted with the lack of urgency and decided to take the bull by the horns. Jared checked out a scanner and hunted down my item, yanked it out of its forward pick location, then saw it to the docks himself, where he placed it securely onto the trailer. It's a shame there's not more people like him.

Chewy is by far The Best Company I have Ever dealt with. Their Customer Service is Excellent in all aspects. Orders are always Delivered Promptly and efficiently. Often in 24 hours. Or 2 Days time. IF For any Reason You are Not satisfied with an order, Chewy will either Replace it, and ask that the product You have be donated Or they Will refund Your Money. Chewy is Very knowledgeable, Considerate, Helpful and Compassionate. Upon hearing that my now 5 Year old German Shepherd was born with a painful, debilitating condition Chewy sent My “Kaley” a little Brown stuffed Bear that squeaks, as a Gift! This is Her Favorite Toy! And She Brings it to us on a Daily basis. I have used Chewy For My Dogs Needs Since 2009. I Highly Recommend Chewy For ALL Your Pets Needs 💓🐾

I just want to say that Chewy's customer service is phenomenal! I called to return a kitty condo I bought that did not quite work out for my cat. On the second ring, I actually got a person! She was wonderful and delightful! She immediately refunded my payment and then asked me to donate the kitty condo to a local shelter or humane society instead of returning it!!! Are you kidding me!?!? What company does this!?!? It totally shocked and impressed me. This shows me that Chewy cares and is all about paying it forward and quality customer service. It made my day. I called over to my local humane society, and they are thrilled. I will be donating it in the morning. Thank you, Chewy, and please keep up the great job! I have told all my friends and family to order from Chewy!!!

Chewy has the most amazing customer service! I accidentally shipped to the wrong address and they replaced my entire order overnight. They stock all the things we need and products have always arrived quickly and in good shape. If only the whole world approached customer service like chewy.
