The food is a little pricey, but if it works to prevent future bladder stones in my little one, I will be happy. The vet is not sure - would rather use Science Diet, but I don't like the ingredients and there prominence in the formula. I have to feed it to both of the animals since they sometimes choose to eat out of the other's dish and that's OK, because the formula seems to be a good one for just plain food. Let's wait and see how it works. Mr Chewy seems to be a great company.

Price good because of introductory. Could be better otherwise. Delivered right to the door in a box holding the bag of food in 2 days. Free shipping great and you don't have to hump the box off the shelf, over to the register, pay the tax, hump it out to and into your car, and then hump it into your house from the car! Tired of waiting for Tractor Supply to run a sale. They issue a flyer after 3 months and, whadya know, it's at regular price! Done with them.

I tried Mr Chewy because Wag.com has not offered a discount or coupon in a long while now and Merrick's diabetic friendly canned food is all I feed my girls. I hope I can continue purchasing from MrChewy. Unfortunately free delivery is not enough of a discount and if I have to pay full price I will support local vendors instead.

Overall, I am impressed with the service, the helpful staff, and quality of product. My only issue is with timely shipment and delivery. With one VERY sick dog, I needed prescription diet quickly. Mr Chewy promised 2-day delivery. My first order (a case of canned Royal Canin GI Lo Fact) took 5 days to arrive. This could be a Fed Ex vs. Mr. Chewy problem, but the end result was a very anxious dog owner. I have already reordered to have extra on-hand, and I hope that, on average, Mr. Chewy lives up to the 2-day delivery promise.
