I find their customer service reps rude and defensive. Poor training probably. I guess they don't get without customers like us they don't have jobs so they should be more appreciative of our business and communication with them. There's too many other options available for pet supplies. I am slowly considering supporting another store.

Chewy’s commercials are always saying they have the lowest prices... not true at all. Their prices average either the same price as competitors or higher.

A serious flaw. This is a mostly outstanding company, with a major flaw. It packages 12 oz dog food with insufficient buffering material -- just a piece of brown paper -- so that 15 - 30 percent of cans arrive seriously dented and unusable. This means that the actual price is MUCH higher then advertised. Customer relations people are splendid, but can't get the warehouse to change practices.

Well ,decided to try Chewie.com as it is more convenient for me to have large bags of dog and cat food delivered...So after seeing their ads I figured ,why not....found items I wanted and went to check out...So their false advertising says free shipping ..okay ..only if its over $49...and my order was not...okay 20% off...no only with subscription...so went to Amazon got free shipping on my order over $25 and the prices were cheaper than Chewie........DO NOT BELIEVE ANY ADS

Commercial says it cheaper. It's only 6 cents cheaper on Amazon. Delivered in 2 hours

After my 3rd shipment with Chewy.com, I am cancelling the auto-ship service. It would be nice to receive a warning about something that is shipping while there is still time to cancel or adjust the delivery. If a company like Amazon can do it every single month, Chewy should be able to do it, too. Now I will be receiving a huge bag of dog food well before it is needed along with extra treats that I had never wanted to buy again (Greenies). To top it off, my previous order somehow doubled the bags of Bully sticks, so now I am getting double again. The discount for auto-ship is so minimal that it is NOT worth it. Thanks but no thanks; I'm done.

Thanks for replying. You only received a free bag because the bag you paid for did not arrive to you. So the free bag was a compensation of the bag you already paid for. So you should have 2 bags of food like you paid for. and the "free" bag was a replacement from the bag you did not receive. Would you like me to call you so I can explain this better? Update: when I called they gave me a $20 rebate for the aggravation of having to go out to purchase cat food. I ended up running out of dry food. Auto ship doesn’t work it doesn’t coincide with the time frame it takes us to go through the food. I ordered cat food on Wednesday. They advertise 1-2 day shipping. My order is scheduled to be delivered this Tuesday. The agreement they have with fedex is they deliver Tuesday-Saturday. No Sunday or Monday deliveries. I will never order from them again. The price is the same as ordering online from petsmart. Nothing special here and not worth the aggravation.
