Most recently, thinking that my pet Bop was afflicted so badly by arthritis, I came to Chewy.com to find her a wheelchair. Only her back legs were affected & I really had hoped these wheels would be my answer to support her through the rest of her days. I chose a very expensive set of wheels, but as a devoted pet lover, it was money well spent. Sadly, the day before the wheels arrived, I had to have my baby put down. As it turned out, not only was she afflicted by arthritis, but her specialist found tumors at the base of her neck & further down her spine. Baby Bop was an antique & I could not see putting her through not only the surgery, but also the painful recovery sure to come. The following day, her wheels arrived. Not knowing what to do, I called Chewy to see how they wanted me to return the unopened box. The representative was kind & compassionate & suggested that I donate the wheels to a pet rescue group. She told me she would refund my money, which did happen the day afterward. I was feeling empty without Bop so I stole away to the beach, my happy place. Just 1 day later, my daughter-in-law called me to say that someone had sent me flowers. I could not imagine who?! She opened the card & they were sent by the team at Chewy! This company had already done the right thing by me, but flowers too! I was so shocked! I cried. I am writing this review to let others who do not know the how absolutely wonderful this company is! They are not just in it to make money, but reputable, trustworthy, & compassionate! Their standard is so high! They need to teach other companies what customer service means! Chewy team, Many Thanks! I called in to check status on a order and spoke with the most Amazing rep named Joshua. We began to talk & he never thought he would have a lady crying on his phone about a family member Mingus the Cat passing away. He was so kind & lovely & I kept apologizing for the tears of sadness. He understood !! Two days later I recieved my package along with flowers from this Awesome company. Deepest sympathy on my loss. I can't Thank you All enough for everything. It made my day.♡♡

I ordered three huge cat boxes, food, and flea treatments. Very happy with all the items, which were cheaper than they would have been at the store. And the shipping was so fast and free!

Chewy has exceeded my expectations with humility & empathy. My dog passed & I had made a comment about it in my email correspondence & their response was incredibly empathetic & kind. I am blown away by how kind they are.

I love purchasing things from Chewy! Things always come fast, if not early, and are never damaged. The quality is amazing. I even received a hand written thank-you card for purchasing from them! I know a lady that bought treats from Chewy, and when the lady sent them back because her dog died, Chewy.com sent them a hand written letter along with a hand painted painting of their beloved Golden Retriever. This company not only cares about their reputation, they truly care about their customers.
