unrivaled customer service, great selection and prices

We are are an old couple who got a young big dog. I have just one shoulder left so walking and even putting him in his kennel was impossible. I ordered a training collar set from chewy and the remote went out after a couple months. In two days a new whole set arrived. This allows us to keep a dog we adore and be able to walk and exercise him. This is over the top customer service and I will never buy from anyone but chewy for my 2 dog and 2 cats. The animals are like family. I expected a new remote, but a whole new set with two collars was so unexpected. Chewy, your customer service is the best----.A ten is not high enough. Judy Berryman

I am writing this review because I feel that my experience with Chewy.com has been a POSITIVE experience. Pet lovers need to know how caring this company is. This past February we lost our Tucker who was almost 20 years old. Not only did this company send condolences but sent us a painted picture of our beloved Tucker. Orders were handled with care and timely. I have no problem recommending this company.

New pet owner and I have been ordering different things and had to have returns and their customer service has been OUTSTANDING! They are so kind and that I feel guilty asking for help. I haven't been so pleasantly surprised in a super long time.

I would like all chewy customers to know that this company is so compassionate when it comes to all our furry pets My Shadow recently passed away and I gotten an email from chewy that wanted to know if I was ready to order more treats or products I actually responded to them through a email stating I no longer needed to order anymore due to him passing In which I recently had gotten a huge bad of dog food which I gave to one of my neighbors Anyways chewy sent me a dozen red roses with there deepest sympathy I have never encountered such a beautiful gesture from a caring company ❤️❤️❤️❤️Thank you chewy for caring about your customers !!

I wish there were more than 5 stars to leave. I have been on auto ship for a year now. My pet food and supplies are always on time and in wonderful condition. I spend around $100 a month for a dog and 2 cats (not to mention the stray cats I feed daily). The prices are way better than the local stores and there is a larger variety. I had an issue with my latest shipment and Chewy took care of it in the best possible way. I spoke with a live person after the 2nd ring whom spoke english!!! I am an avid online shopper and I have never had better customer service. The best part is that I never have to struggle with heavy bags or boxes of litter. I bet my Fed Ex man gets his workout though. If you have any doubts abouts shopping with Chewy, let them melt away. They will take care of you and your fur babies. FedEx lost my Chewy order. I notified Chewy of this just so that they were aware and they immediately sent out a replacement order to me at no charge. I am now a loyal Chewy.com customer for life. They know how to take care of their customers, even when the problem was not their fault whatsoever. What a breath of fresh air!
