If I could give Chewy.com 100 stars I would. Once I had to start getting Prescription food and medications for my dog, I began getting it from them. Everything was on auto-ship, but if Lexie was sick, etc., they were able to last minute hold it off, etc. The food/meds came so fast, well packed, no problems ever. 5 days ago, we lost our beloved Lexie and I had just had her food delivered not too long ago. I chatted with a rep the other day to cancel her autoships and he was so sweet and caring, refunded me the money and said to donate the food to a shelter. THEN, listen to this. On my stoop this morning is an amazingly gorgeous, very expensive bouquet of flowers in a vase. Who is it from? CHEWY! A lovely note, condolences, Love Matt from Chewy. WHAT!? Who does this? An incredible company who truly cares for pets and their customers. If I ever venture down the road of owning another dog, they have my business, but for now, I can spread the word of the incredible company they are......thanks so much Chewy.com. <3

I used Chewy for my dogs prescription food. They were so wonderful. Shipments always arrived on time. I had to recently make the dreadful decision to put my baby to rest. They refunded my dog food and told me to donate it which was in itself a beautiful thing. Then the had flowers delivered to me and it just touched my soul. Thank you Tristen! I was so touched by this amazing company. I will always use them for my pets in the future.

I love chewy. They are very attentive and always have my order 12 hours after I order it. (I spend over $50 for one day shipping). The customer service is superb as well. Lifelong client from here on out.

My dog died 3 mo ago, he was my souldog, 1 in a million. The credited me for his food and said give it to a shelter or rescue. Today I got a painting of him that is so awesome. CHEWY is the absolute best worldwide 💗

Chewy is a wonderful website with fantastic customer service. I've been using Chewy's autoship for probably a couple years now and order other items now and then. I always get my packages within two days. This last order, however, never showed up though it claimed delivered on the tracking details. I emailed customer service asking what to do and within a few hours I had a reply and a new shipment being processed, no questions asked! I love this company and will stay a committed customer. Thank you Chewy!

Amazing website and customer service. Thank you chewy.com for a user friendly and convenient website. Big thank you for your amazing customer service reps. I have had to make 2 phone calls in due to me messing up my orders and every time I have called the reps are so pleasant and very respectful. They really step up in the part of customers needs and wants. They are so quick to fix my errors for me. Once again, thank you chewy.com, you truly are an amazing company.

This is an amazing company. Our orders are timely and delivered right to my door. Our dog passed away and the next day our order shipped. I wrote them asking if we could send it back but they responded telling us they refunded the money and donate the food in our dogs name. Seriously a class act company who will always have our business.

I can't say enough about Chewy.com's customer service. I purchased a pet fountain from them over a year ago. The motor went out after a few months so I asked if they could replace it but they replaced it with a brand new one! The second one failed recently, too, so I contacted them again. Again, they replaced it with a new one. During the email correspondence, they asked for a picture of my cat and I obliged. A few weeks later, I received a package from them. I knew I hadn't ordered anything else and was surprised to find a lovely painting on canvas of my sweet little Schatzi. Such a nice surprise! I find them to be the kindest, sweetest people. They've sent flowers to my friends after their pets have passed away. It's just a great company.
