Chewy.com is the gold standard for online businesses, in my opinion. The website is easy to use, I don't have issues moving my delivery dates for my subscriptions (or adding/ removing/ cancelling items), the prices are extremely competitive with additional discounts on subscriptions, and they always have what I need. My order ships promptly and arrives at the speed of lightening. I had to move my delivery date up a few days because I was running out of dog food; my order shipped same day and I got the food in time to not run out as I'd feared I might. My boss also uses chewy.com and has shared stories of the exceptional customer service she has received. I've never had an issue with an order or any of the items I've received but from the sounds of things, the folks at Chewy do what it takes to make things right if there ever are issues. Chewy is now my go-to for all of my dog's wants and needs.

I have used Chewy for several years for all my dog food for our two German Shepherds that both needed Royal Canin prescription diets. The prices were always so much cheaper and always had fast delivery. Sadly, both our dear dogs passed away within a month of each other. When Opal passed a few weeks ago I was left with a full up-opened bag of dry and 1/2 case of canned. When I called to ask about a return the very kind representative told me they would do a complete refund and to donate the food to a local shelter as a memorial to Opal. That was so kind and touching and meant so much. That is above and beyond. Thanks Chewy for the great service and generous kindness!

Chewy has been awesome. I've used Chewy for many years now to ship all my pets food, medication and supplies. If you have any problems, they contact you and work it out. They will reship for free if items are incorrect, damaged, etc. Recently I tried to fill an RX of Doxicycline at Walmart and was quoted over $1,000.00 for 280 tabs. Chewy has the SAME MEDICATION for $134.00. Their pharmacy is usually prompt. Recently, I encountered a 2 day delay, called them and they called my vet immediately, called me back to notify me and shipped 2 days later.

I lost my dog Giz last friday a week ago and I started the painful process of contacting all the companies I frequently ordered his meds. from on Satuday of that week and Chewy was one of them I spoke to a customer service rep her name was Ambria I told her I had lost my Giz on Friday and she said she was so sorry for my loss and I told her he would of been 14 1/2 next month on the 20th she was so sweet and kind to listen to me and I felt that she really cared and felt my pain. I asked if she could remove my contact info. from their website so that I would not continue to receive email reminders on reordering his meds. She said she would take care of it for me and assured me that I would no longer receive any future reminders. I thanked her for being so nice and caring and I appreciated her helping me with my request. I was at work today and got a text from my apt. office telling me I had received a flower delivery and could pick it up today. I went home for lunch and picked up the flower delivery and was so surprised to see a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a card attached from Ambria..the note was so touching and said if I needed anything that they were always there.. Love- Ambria at chewy.com that made my day and I wanted to let Ambria know and the whole chewy company that they made a grieving dog mom feel so much better by that kind and caring gesture. They went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you again Sincerely, Christy

I placed an order on 6/25/19 and realized my order was going to my moms house and not mine. I called customer service for assistance and had the pleasure of meeting Brittanya!! She is the Queen of Customer Service!! She had to rewrite my order and even assisted me in getting a bigger size cat litter that I could not find and explained how to find it next time! She also changed my address to be primary so I do not have that happen again!! Thank you for having her on your team!! A very satisfied customer!! 😇👍😁😁

Chewy is by far my favorite online company. They have crazy fast shipping, awesome prices and products that I can't find anywhere else. The customer service blows my mind. They wrote me HANDWRITTEN cards wishing my cats a happy birthday and a HANDWRITTEN condolence letter when my kitten died. I could not believe it and I'm still so touched. I don't know how they manage that when they must have such a huge customer base, but they did it. I will always go to Chewy first for my pet's needs. I'm so grateful to them.
