We lost our fur baby this past January 😢💔. Her birthday would have been July 30th. Chewys sent out a birthday card for her. We called and ask they fix this in there system so it doesn't happen again. They went a step further and surprised us with flowers and a sympathy card. Thank you we greatly appreciate it!

So I do not normally leave reviews. That being said I was just so blown away with their customer service that I absolutely had to. I had set my auto ship incorrectly (entirely my fault) and was receiving food way too soon. I had noticed they sent an email before shipment of the second auto ship order wanting me to confirm that i wanted it, but got busy and forgot to reply that I didn’t. (Again MY fault) when I saw the box on my door my heart sank because I just couldn’t afford the extra expense, especially when we had no need for it. Sent an email explaining what happened to their customer service l, and had a response from Kelsey an hour later telling me that not only was my money refunded, be we could go ahead and donate the food we received to our favorite shelter. THAT is how you retain customers people. Love Kelsey, love chewy, we need more companies like this!!!!

You don’t find customer service like this anymore!! The last order I placed had the wrong address for delivery- MY error. The dog’s medicine shipment was immediately replaced at no charge (with expedited shipping )and she did not miss one day of her meds. This could have had a catastrophic otherwise. Thank you Chewy’s!!!

I have never experienced a company and customer support like the Chewy.com company. They are second to none! It's 1:00am and I received an email that my box of dog food and treats were delivered the previous afternoon. I went outside with and the box was nowhere to be found. They usually leave it on my porch or the end of the ramp to the porch. I went and got my flashlight to see if it was left elsewhere and could not find it. I logged onto their website and was pleasantly surprised that they have 24/7 live customer service! I called and explained my situation. Within a few minutes, they completed the support ticket/issue and set up a replacement delivery! OMG!! This company is amazing!! I honestly cannot think of another company that exceeds service and customer support as the Chewy.com company does. Well Done Chewy! :-)

I love this company. I order all of my pet supplies here, and they deliver it right to my door. This might not sound like such a big deal, except for the fact that I live on the second floor of an apartment building. There's an elevator, but it was out from a month, and my stuff was still delivered, right outside my door. I've ordered things I didn't like, and I got an immediate refund. No questions. I love them, I love them, I love them.
