I only gave a 4 star rating just because there isn't much history between the company and myself...yet. I will say they have done everything they said they would. The products came in good shape because they were well packaged. Once there is more history for consistency and this continues I will definitely give them a 5 star rating.

Royal Canin recently changed the formula of its chihuahua food so that corn is now the primary ingredient instead of chicken. The old formula is called Royal Canin Chihuahua 28. That is what I ordered from MrChewy. What I received was the new formula which has made my dogs sick. The person I spoke with at MrChewy was helpful in terms of a refund and also promised to change their website so that it would no longer make customers believe they were ordering Chihuahua 28.

The offer for a discount should one sign-up for a replinishment progream/frequency should not have its details hidden in a small print link ... at face value the offer is deceiving but the service and prices very reasonable ... and the delivery quite prompt.

Prices were decent and compareable to other web based companies. A little dissapointed on the deliever as one bag was delivered 2 days after ordering and the other the next day. Only wish they both could have come same day as I have to ask neighbor to pick up packages for me so they do not get stolen. Other then that, I am happy with Mr Cwewy and will recommend to other as well as order again in the future.

I was happy that my dog food arrived in 2 days as advertised. I was also happy that shipping was free. I do wish that they would use a box that was a better fit for the 30lb bag of food, so that they wouldn't have to waste so much paper filling the other half for shipping.

The ordering process was excellent. However, the processing was not. Ordered one bag of dog food, shipping then indicated two. Called customer service to advise and was informed second bag would be stopped, and I thought great. But, two bags shipped. I E-mailed them with the problem and was promptly advised second bag would be free. So, at their expense and some inconvenience to me, they made it right.

I ordered from you nearly a week ago and still don't have my product. I had to go to the pet store and buy a bag to hold me over until your product arrives. I am used to online dog food service to be as quick as 1 day but never more than 3.
