Very fast shipping I iorder it yesterday an got it today from Ocala Florida eventually 20 minutes away from me

I order both dog food and bird food from chewy.com. The bird food I order comes in a white plastic tub and it bust open sometimes during delivery. Chewy always replaces it quickly. This is the best and most customer friendly company! I won’t buy from anyone else, I love this company!!!

I have been a customer of Chewy's for a few years and they are an amazing company! Today I recieved a hand-painted portrait of my dog that they sent just for being a customer! It was amazing and such a nice gesture. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I love chewy .com for pets, i had a couple of issues at times of products delivered that were damaged and they promptly got new products delivered to me the next day. they do care about their customers, service is A1 in my book. Will stick with them for all my cats needs!!

Love Chewy and their pharmacy. They have the best prices I’ve found on pet insulin and prescription dog food. They also do not charge shipping, even cold shipping, for refrigerated products (saved me $20 from other sites!). And when our dog passed away they sent flowers and a card. They were also very pleasant when we had to call customer service and I was amazed we got a human being and not robots or automated services.

Chewy has the best customer service in the history of the omniverse and I'm now a customer for life. I have a cat with severe food allergies and due to a mix-up at home we ran very low on his single-ingredient rabbit food that is hard to find locally. Ordered from Chewy and On-Trac said they delivered it two days later but, alas, didn't. I called Chewy and they 1) answered the phone right away, 2) immediately rushed a free replacement, 3) called around to find a local store that carried the food, and 4) credited me for out-of-pocket expense to go to the store and get a couple cans to carry us over.

I ordered a winter coat for my dog that didn’t fit. They sent me the correct size and asked me to donate the first coat to my local shelter. They really seem to care about animals. I have saved a lot of money via their subscription service, too!
