What a beautiful gesture they did when my 90 year old grammas kitty passed away this past week . I emailed chewy to cancel our autoship order and they sent her the most beautiful flowers today along with a very dear note ! I have never seen any company do this and I definitely will always recommend Chewy for great pricing , never had a shipping issue and the care they show their customers !

So I bought a harness and lead for my kitten a couple months ago. I’ve been using it and love it. A few days ago though, I received a postcard in the mail from Chewy and they wrote saying welcome to Chewy and hoped that the harness and lead were working well for me. It’s a handwritten postcard not typed or anything. I just can’t get over how nice they are! Their customer service is amazing. I’ve never had another company be so personable before!!! Really enjoyed my experience with them!
