I LOVE CHEWY! FedEx LOST my package very important medication for my beloved dog. Richard was my representative. He was absolutely amazing. He was personally in upset that FedEx lost my package. He made multiple calls and got medicine sent out to me within a few days. I will never shop anywhere else but chewy for my pups needs.

Chewy is an absolutely awesome company. I've order many times from them in the past two years, especially with my dog needing a lot of specialized products due to her health conditions. They always treat me with courtesy and, when I recently had to return something, they were absolutely awesome about it and it was an extremely happy experience.

We begin over a year ago just random orders of dog food. After pricing the same dog food at local stores, we decided it would be advantageous to enroll in their autoship. We can't express how pleased we are with their service. At times we need a delivery earlier than the autoship date. Their website is so easy to maneuver. We ordered a shipment on 8/14 and we received it 8/15. We don't know of any other company that provides better service!

I absolutely love Chewy. The items always arrive within 1 - 2 days and have always been the correct products. I recently purchased a dog pen for a stray I was going to keep. After a few days the dog started biting so I had to give him to a shelter. Chewy refunded me for the pen and told me to donate it to a local shelter or charity. That was so awesome of them. I donated it to a local shelter who were very grateful.

I was a relatively new customer with Chewy, only had ~3-4 24# bags of dog food delivered but was happy with their service. This week (three days ago) I unexpectedly had to put down my 90# American Chocolate Lab. Very bad week for me and I had to make a number of unhappy phone calls (dog insurance, Chewy, etc). The customer service representative I spoke with understood my pain, was empathetic and actually refunded the cost of my latest bag of food - I didn't ask for that, it was a kind gesture. Today (Saturday) I received a bouquet of flowers from Chewy with a very kind note which was totally unexpected. I can say I completely endorse doing business with this company - their products and their employees who serve customers like me are absolutely top notch. I am heartbroken by the loss of my buddy but if he were still around I would completely continue to use Chewy and I thank them for their profound kindness and understand of my terrible time. Thank you to Chewy and I wish you continued success as you support pet owners like me.

I'm currently working on purchasing everything I need to add a Russian tortoise to our family, with my last order coming out to a little over $150. The box came within 2 days of my order, but the Vita sand I purchased had started coming out of the box. I got home, checked everything out in the box, and sure enough the back of the bag of sand looked like it had accidentally been slashed with a box cutter, which happens alot when inventory is being opened up and put away. I sent them an email before I could even get off work after my husband let me know about the sand coming out of the box, and I sent them two pictures of the back of the bag once I could get home. Not only were all the customer service representatives very kind in their emails back and forth with me last night, but they even went ahead and sent me another bag for no additional cost. Chewy really does have fast shipping, and if you have any issues, I really believe they will go out of their ways to make it right for you. Thank you Chewy!

I have been a customer of, Chewy .com for 2yrs. now. I simply love this company. I've not had any problems at all. If there is damage during shipping, they will replace the item free of charge. You pay nothing to replace and the damaged item can be donated to a shelter. I lost one of my Furkid's last year and Chewy was so compassionate about my loss. They sent me flowers, a memorial candle and a beautiful hand painted picture of my Rugrat. Now how many big companies do you know that would take the time to do this for a single customer? It's not just me either, there have been numerous customers who have gotten the same consideration. I would recommend Chewy to everyone. Love, love them.

I LOVE CHEWY.COM !!! I love Chewy.com and use their autoship program to receive cat food and litter at a substantial savings. Their customer service is the best out there; always willing to help. I once ordered a pet feeding stand that proved to be too high for my cat and when I called for return instructions, the CR told me I would receive full credit and asked that I please just donate the item to my local rescue shelter! Awesome! I will continue to use the autoship program and highly recommend Chewy.com!!!
