I would like to say that Chewy is the best customer service ever! I had a senior cat an was ordering special food which was expensive. When my cat passed away I called Chewy to get a refund on the unopened product. After speaking with the representative they refunded my last two shipments which totaled over 100.00 dollars and told me not to ship it back but to donate it to a shelter which I did. I don't have any more pets but I won't ever forget the kindness that was shown to me at a very difficult time. Keep up the good work guys!❤️

I absolutely love Chewy.com!!! They have the best prices and selection of pet products online. They have everything I need for my pets, and even items I didn't think of buying before. It's so easy to search and navigate their site, plus they have deals everyday that you can't get anywhere else. Usually, I'm old fashoined and prefer to shop in-store for everything, but chewy.com is my new go-to for all my pet needs!

Truly the best company I have ever had experience with. I made a mistake and did not change my food selection timely and was stuck with food my dog wouldn’t eat. They not only refunded my money but asked that I donate the food to a shelter. Fabulous. They also sent me a sympathy card along with gorgeous flowers when I lost one of my fur babies. Absolutely wonderful company.

My elderly cat was put on a special diet, for which we used Chewy's scheduled delivery service. The website was a breeze to navigate, the shipments were prompt and well-packaged, and I was able to get free shipping. This was a real plus since we live far from town.When I did call with a question, the Chewy staff was always cheerful and professional. When my cat died, I was able to get a refund. Chewy provided the best online experience I've had. I would highly recommend them.

Cheyenne with chewy was awesome on my phone call today! FedEx lost my package and my dog is now out of food since they lost it. Cheyenne refunded me $10 to go buy some food locally & sent me out a new bag which should be here in TWO DAYS! Amazing. I was on the phone for a whole 2 minutes and she had everything taken care of.
