We had been customers of Chewy’s for many years as we were cat parents of a beloved cat. Over 2 years ago sadly we lost our fur baby to cancer 😞😿. It was a terrible shock to us as he was not diagnosed with cancer but a disease that was treatable so we expected him to recover. All I did was call Chewy one day to ask them to kindly remove us from their mailing list and I explained why. From that moment we received an outpouring of such love, care and concern that was so unbelievably amazing! It did my heart good to know there are such good, kindhearted people in this world. Any company that hires such caring and compassionate people is an AWESOME company!! What other company would send hand written notes in cards, beautiful flowers, hand painted portraits? I will answer that: None!! If you own a dog or cat please consider purchasing your supplies from this AMAZING company with the BEST Cutomer Service Team on the planet!!

Chewy has great customer service and FAST shipping. I recently purchased a food that requires a prescription for my dog. I sent Chewy my dog's prescription at 3:00 p.m. yesterday (which was a Sunday), and it was shipped by 7:45 last night and delivered by 6:00 p.m. today. We will continue to order from Chewy in the future!

I just have to rave a little about Chewy's customer service. They're absolutely killing it. One of our cats is older and has intestinal cancer so she keeps just deciding she doesn't like the food we order every once in awhile and refuses to eat it any more. TWICE now Chewy when I called Chewy to see if we could return the unused portion and exchange it for another option, they just refunded the money and asked us to donate the food to our local shelter (which we did! and they were SO grateful.) This has been a tough time for us because our sweet girl isn't feeling well and Chewy's understanding of a crappy and unavoidable situation has been AMAZING! And they send birthday cards to all our pets. Customer service is basically dead these days--but not at Chewy. They love animals. Genuinely. And that's why I love them and will be a customer for life.

I purchased a large bag of expensive dry food for one of my dogs who was on a special diet. Before I had a chance to open the box that it came in, we had to put our sweet girl to sleep. I called Chewy to see if I could return the unopened box and they refunded my money and asked me to donate the food to a local shelter. You have a customer for life Chewy, thank you so much

I've shopped with chewy for awhile, never been disappointed. Always have everything I need. I tried to look at other online shopping for my kitties, always out of stock. I can always count on chewy. Best in the world.

This pet site is HANDS DOWN the best site ever! They ship the same day you order and without fail your order comes on time with perfect packaging! One time they sent the wrong item, but they sent the correct one no problem in no time. Things happen, but customer service was and is TOP NOTCH! I recommend all my fellow pet owners to order off their site. No complaints. Get food, litter, treats..and other times..autoshipped..and always promptly shipped. I LOVE EM!
