Amazing prices and even better customer service!

Best Customer Service - A week ago today I called Chewy because the third shipment of my cats veterinary prescribed food had arrived and I was reluctant to even open the box, because my 2 cats didn’t like the flavor anymore and stopped eating. The representative at Chewy was so courteous and helpful- she refunded the order and help me pick out a new food flavor with the same skin and stomach requirements. Now they are eating again and I am so relieved. I am so happy I called Chewy – they are the best.

Today I want to give the best customer service at Chewy.com a huge shout out. I have been using Chewy auto ship for Charley's food for about 12 mo. They are so friendly you'd think you were family and your pet was as well. Yesterday day in the mail I received a special surprise...a card signed by the entire staff..and a handpainted canvas of my Charley. Charley's painting is signed and dated !!!!...In this day and age of impersonal electronic sales.. Chewy is a Ray Of Sunshine...Note: They do a tremendous amount of charitable donations for our furry friends that are in need..

Best pet company out there, hands down. They genuinely care about what they do and make every purchase a personal one. Customer service is beyond what I would expect from a company like this, especially one that's related to Pets Mart. I get post cards every now and then, AND they sent me hand painted canvases of my pups, literally just because. The shipping is always crazy fast and they have great prices. I will forever be a Chewy customer, can not say enough good things about this company.

I have been ordering bunny supplies from chewy.com for several years. Their prices are very competitive, their shipping is super fast, and I love that they give free shipping over $49.! Recently, I ordered a corner-mounted litter pan for my bunnies. After I installed it I realized I had not estimated correctly which size to get and needed the jumbo instead of the regular. I called chewy (they have customer service reps available 24/7!) and the rep I spoke with quickly refunded my original order (he suggested I donate the too-small item to my local shelter), submitted a new order for the larger litter pan, and waived the shipping fee. I could not be happier with the quality of service provided by chewy! Thank you!! I will be a chewy.com customer for a very long time.

I was helped immediately as soon as the phone rang. No automated message, just a friendly voice. Mark helped me with a dog bed for my dog-sized cat, Fluffy. He was incredibly helpful as he set up my account and added me to a restock mailing list. He didn’t have to go out of his way to do all that but he did. Thank you so much for such a fast and friendly experience Mark!

I always get my products quickly (and I live in a rural area) and at a reasonable if not better, price. When my beloved cat passed away, I had to stop a shipment of her special food. They not only credited me back, but told me to just keep the product and donate it. I was able to give the food to a limited income elderly customer at the vet for his diabetic cat. They even sent me a plant with their condolences. I mean who does that anymore? I LOVE chewy.com. (It's not fair to blame them for Fed Ex's lack of service btw as per other review).

I had a training for a little more than a month and the receiver stopped working, so I called Customer service and the rep. was very nice and said he will send a replacement. well the next day it came. no charge and free shipping. When they say 100% Customer satisfaction they mean it . Thank you Chewy . Jacob Simmons.
