I can't even explain how amazing chewy has been to me and my puppy. They really care about your furry/scaly friends and do EVERYTHING possible to satisfy their customers. From checking in with you, to ensuring that your order arrives in a timely/satisfactory manner, to HAND PAINTING PORTRAITS of your pup and sending them as a surprise!! They truly go above and beyond and care so much!

I ordered a dog dematting comb. It arrived & I hated it. I left a review on Chewy.com on the product & the next day Chewy contacted me privately & apologized for my experience. They even offered me a refund & told me to give the comb to a shelter. I never asked for a refund. They offered it. I switched to chewy from Petco & I am so glad that I did!!

We have been Chewy customers for years and have never been disappointed! Only once, has there been a toy forgotten, and within minutes the customer service representatives had it overnight shipped for us! After communicating with a couple of different reps, and sharing pictures of our fur babies, all was well! A couple of weeks later, I received the sweetest card, and hand painted picture of my fur baby! It absolutely made my day!! Chewy employees and customer service for the win!

Chewy customer service is amazing, they are so caring and thoughtful. I had ordered some glucosamine tablets on Friday, my best bud of 12 years passed on Sunday. I emailed them Monday saying I wouldn't need the tablets, they responded in less than an hour, saying they would refund my money, and I should donate to a doggy in need. This Thursday I received a glass vase with white daisies and pink carnations and a note from Elizabeth at chewy.com It made me feel special, in what a tough week it has been without my best bud Rocky

I would like to thank Chewy for going above and beyond for my mom and her kitty Joey. Joey was on a specialized diet for kidney and liver problems. Sadly, Joey crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Tuesday, October 22, 2019. Later the same day, his special food was delivered as previously scheduled. Chewy refunded the purchase and did not ask for the product to be returned; she can now donate the special food to other special kitties at a shelter or veterinarian of her choosing. But wait - There's more! Today, my mom received a beautiful bouquet of flowers in honor of Joey. I would like to thank Chewy and their employees for the kindness and compassion extended to my mom. Thank you for caring for your customers in such a generous way.

I rarely ever write reviews but I just have to for Chewy. I have been ordering from Chewy for the past two years and have them on autoship every month for dog food and treats. Hands down the best customer service ever. If I ever had any issues with anything, they ALWAYS fix it and are so nice about it. A dog costume I bought didn’t fit right and I wanted to exchange it for a different size. I called so I can return the one I got and they told me to donate it to a shelter and they’ll order me a new one for free. The one I wanted didn’t come in a bigger size so the guy stayed on the phone with me for 5 more minutes looking through the site to help me choose something else I might like instead. He was funny and nice! A package I ordered said it was delivered by Fedex and we never received it. I called Chewy in a panic and they said it was no problem, they’ll send me out a new one (at no cost to me) as soon as possible. Couldn’t get any better. Thanks Chewy.

I don't think I have ever had such a great customer service experience on the phone.

Chewy is HANDS DOWN the greatest pet supply company I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from. Their customer service is beyond amazing, making each return and purchase as seamless as possible. I purchased a product for my dog back in June (JUNE!!!! It is currently October) and didn't go to use it until now. I realized I purchased the wrong item for his weight. Instead of sending the product back or making me pay a return fee, etc. - Meagan processed my refund, gave me FREE shipping for my replacement, and told me to donate the incorrect item to my local shelter instead of sending it back. I'm honestly speechless. Unrelated, they also sent my dog a birthday card on his birthday. I really appreciate such a caring business and will continue to only purchase my pet products from them.
