This is a wonderful, caring company. My sister missed a payment or had some issue with payment. When she spoke to Chewy and told the operator that she was late on her bills because our father passed away, they sent her a plant. She was shocked. I had a cat pass away and wanted to return medication. They told me to keep the medication, maybe give it to rescue, which I did. There are not many companies around that do right by their client. I highly recommend using Chewy. Excellent customer service. And thank you Operator Wendy at Chewy for excellent customer service.

I placed a fairly large order on 7/19/2025. Sadly, my 19 1/2 year old cat passed away on 9/22/2025. I knew he was passing away on the 21st. I called customer service on the 21st as I hadn't gotten my order yet. I spoke with Allison to see how I could return the order once received. She actually was able to intercept the order through FedEx. The order was being returned to Chewy as of today 9/24/2025. I can't thank Allison enough for her kind words and for intercepting the delivery on my behalf. Great customer service to say the least

I explained that the packet I had just received was damaged, and without any hassle, they sent me a replacement right away. I was amazed at how fast and efficient the whole process was. Chewy hands down is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They are kind, compassionate and caring. Their customer service is top notch! I seriously have never had issues dealt with in the manner chewy does. What really sets them about to me is how they treat you like family. I had to call in regards to products after my sweet cat passed away, and not only did they have me donate the food to the shelter they sent a card and flowers!

Great supplier and fast shipping

I have ordered from Chewy for years. I find their products to be quality and reasonably priced. Their prescription service verifies with my vet and makes ordering medication easy for me. Last week I had just returned from the from having my beloved Scottie euthanized, and her food order was by my door. I called Chewy and the representative told me to donate the food. She credited my account for not only for the food, but also the medications I had received the previous week. This is true customer service and shows a compassionate staff. Truly a stellar business practice.
