Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

My previous vendor stopped selling Canidae "No grain" dog food. Canidae does not sell their products in a lot of places so I have it delivered. I knew nothing of MrChewy before this experience and I must say that I was pleasantly pleased to see that they were fast and efficient with my first purchase. My shipment arrived in 24hrs of my purchase. I have enrolled in their monthly delivery plan and am very pleased I selected them.

I stumbled across the Mr. Chewy website when looking for food to buy for my new puppy. I did see that Mr. Chewy carried Blue Buffalo Dog Food and also in a 30 pound bag; whereas at other places I couldn't find. Everything was easy to navigate on the website, as well. Another awesome thing that I loved about Mr. Chewy was that I was always up to date with my shipment and new things to buy through my email. The only thing I didn't like was my late shipment. It took a whole week to get my dog food, but I am sure it is my fault because I ordered right before memorial day, woops. But other than that, I'm sure I will get my shipment sooner in the future. Thank you so much Mr. Chewy! I do intend on purchasing more items through you!

This was my 1st order and it went lickety split. Lightning fast delivery. Not sure if the price of Holistic select went up overall, but paid more than my previous orders elsewhere.

I really liked the speed that Mr Chewy shipped my order. It was much faster than I thought and a pleasant surprise. And of course, the price really just couldn't be beat (Mr. Chewy had the best deal after my extensive online research). The only complaint I had is that quite a few of the canned wet food were dented. While this has happened before when I ordered from other retailers, there were definitely more dented cans in this order so I wish they could've packed the shipment better. Perhaps use the paper to wrap the shipment instead of just stuffing a couple of pieces in on top. Overall, good experience. I'll order from them again.

Great service and good selection but expiration date was soon after arrival.

We love (our dogs love) Merrick's products...but 3 of a dozen packed 13 oz cans of wet dog food were damaged at some point during delivery. Mr. Chewy was contacted and easily offered refund for damaged cans. Disappointed about the damage...but pleased with the customer service. Cans should be packed for better protection...and delivery company should be more careful.

quick service, quality products, at good price..lmr

Love the prices but had no idea it would take 8 days to receive, so i had to purchase a bag from a local store for much more money.
