I don’t understand all of the negative reviews for Chewy.com. I have had nothing but GREAT service from them. When I did have a minor problem, I called them and they rectified the problem. Once I didn’t receive my order on time as promised and they made it good and duplicated the order! I only had to pay for the first order. My cat tree started unraveling and they offered to reimburse me or send me another one at no charge. They stand behind their products and I have never experienced any bad customer service from them. If you think that you can get better prices for dog/cat food somewhere else, then go there. But, don’t bash a perfectly good company because of it. I support Chewy and I will always be a loyal customer.

I've been a Chewy customer for years and the experience has been overall amazing. Their website interface, customer service, and shipping are top-notch. In the rare event that Chewy does not live up to your expectations, they go above and beyond to make it right.

I love Chewy! Their customer service is honestly the best I have had from any company. I have been an auto-ship customer for the past year. It is very easy to navigate their website which I found has everything I need for my dog. You can quickly add or remove items from your auto-ship, change dates, etc. or quickly order another product to be shipped separately. A year ago, I ordered a harness for my dog which was too small - completely my fault as I didn't measure my dog correctly. When I called Chewy, they told me to donate it to a shelter, walked me through taking measurements on my dog and sent me out the correct size harness free of charge. I was then a customer for life! Not only did they fix my harness situation, they also helped me give back to my local shelter. I have ordered prescriptions through them as well which is completely no hassle as they will call the vet's office to get the ok. Today, I opened my mail to find a nice card from Chewy & a wrapped portrait of my dog which they created from the picture I had on my profile. I was truly blown away! I will never buy pet supplies anywhere else.

I have a bought items over the years and gotten fast free shipping etc but recently I had to return a product and the service was exceptional. I will buy everything I can for my dog at chewy.com. In an age where customer service seems to have disappeared they stood out head and shoulders.

I ordered prescription cat food and forgot to upload the prescription. A customer service representative called within a few hours of placing my order to let me know it was missing. After I uploaded it, they called again to confirm it was received. Shipping was fast and I received the product 2 days later. I have also had to contact customer service to process a return for a cat food dispenser that was not working out. They immediately refunded me and instead of having to ship the product back, they asked that I donate to a furry friend or shelter. I love that they give back this way!
