I love Chewy, I can get anything I need or want for my pets, even my 2 lizards have never had any trouble with them

Hands down the best customer service. They respond very quickly to emails and questions on their site. Shipping is always quick and easily tracked. Site is so easy to use and they have so many products to choose from. Customer for LIFE!

Best customer service experiences I have ever had. In addition to being timely and remedying the few issues I’ve had with them over the last few years — they also send hand-signed birthday cards to my fur babies! That personal touch makes all the difference to me.

My 12 year old boxer sadly suffered with horrible food allergies. He was allergic to chicken, beef, rabbit, kangaroo, pork, rice, potatoes, peas, corn, wheat, etc. To make matters even harder, once we found a food that worked for him, it would work for only about 2 years until that made him sick, too. Even veterinarian-prescribed foods made him sick! His doctor told us that we would be lucky if he lived past 7. Our sweet dog lived until 12, far exceeding the typical lifespan for a healthy boxer! I give a lot of the credit to Chewy. Not only do they have expansive dog food options, they have filters that help you easily find what will work for your dog. There have been several times over the years that I've been trying to find a new food for Diesel, only to find it didn't work after a few days of trying. In each instance, Chewy refunded me in full and told me to donate the remaining food, which I always did. Recently, we sadly lost our sweet Diesel. He was having digestive issues again and, the morning of the day he died, I ordered a new food from Chewy that I hoped would work. The next day, I emailed them and asked them to cancel the order - it would be far too painful to see it. Chewy wrote me one of the most thoughtful, kindest emails I've ever received - definitely the kindest email I've ever received from a company. They offered to be there for me if I ever wanted to call and share stories about Diesel. Who does that??? Furthermore, the food had already shipped but, they literally tried to get the truck to stop from delivering it to my house. They refunded me in full. If that wasn't enough, they sent flowers to my house with a very thoughtful note! Chewy does not feel like a company, they feel like a friend. I cannot be more grateful for the wonderful service they provided during Diesel's life and their thoughtfulness following his death.

I recently called Chewy.com to cancel an order because our family dog of 12 years died. A few days later I returned home from work to find fresh flowers on my doorstep with a card from Chewy offering condolences for our loss. I was shocked at such a kind gesture from such a big company. When the time is right to add another dog to my family Chewy will be where I spend my money! Thank you for your kindness, Deana Evans-Jacka

Chewy has amazing customer service. They've helped me out on two occasions- once my pup had stomach problems on a food I bought from them and another my Fedex delivery said it was delivered but never showed. Both times Chewy resolved the issues and I am very satisfied! They have my dog's favorite treats (smelly green tripe sticks) and fast delivery! Thank you Chewy!

I love chewy but it always takes 5to 7 days to get my stuff dissapointed in this years black friday sale last years was so much better still bought tho for local shelter gave 5. stars

I have used Chewy a number of times for various pet products for my 5 cats. I have never had any problems or complaints with either their products or customer service. In fact, their customer service has been so good that I would not even think of using another seller of the same products. Through no fault of Chewy’s, I’ve had to return products on several occasions and they were very accommodating and friendly. The most amazing thing happened the last time I needed to return some cat food due to the death of one of my cats. Not only did they sympathetically provide a refund for the unused food, they told me to donate it to a shelter or rescue group (which I did). A week or so later, I also received flowers and a sympathy card from Chewy! Even my cat’s vet didn’t send a card! With this kind of service and consideration, they have earned my loyalty. I will sing their praises to any pet parent I know!
