Recently, our beautiful orange tabby named Tarzan became sick and the vet prescribed ad urgent care for us to feed him to try and nurse him back to health. We placed the order with Chewy but unfortunately before we could start using it our precious boy passed away. My daughter called and informed Nicholas at Chewy what occurred and he proceeded to refund our $68.00 and told us to offer the food to a shelter or someone who would need it for their pet, That was so kind of them to do that and as if that was not enough last night we came home to a bouquet of flowers and a beautiful sympathy message from Chewy. My family and I are very impressed with Chewy's level of compassion, customer service and care. What a nice surprise during this difficult time for our family. The Maranon Family

Hi. I am an auto ship customer of Chewy and occasionally purchase other items online and by phone. Today (Sunday Dec 8,2019) I was having difficulty with an order online putting a new credit card on my account. I was getting a bit grumpy. I called Chewy and was very lucky to get Sheila to help me! I had a grumpy old lady attitude, but Sheila was so wonderfully reassuring patient, courteous, helpful, and efficient that my concern over my credit card info and placing my order just disappeared! While giving Sheila my new card info, I figured out what I had done wrong and why I hadn’t been able to enter my new card. Sheila is an excellent customer service representative! My vet changed the type of probiotic I needed for my dog right after I ordered a month's supply. When I phoned my call was answered right away. I received a full refund and Alexis the rep told me I did not have to return the product and that I could donate it to a local rescue. That type of customer service is tough to beat.

I have been a Chewy.com customer since December 9, 2017. Since that time this company continues to impress me more and more. Their prompt delivery service is amazing. I usually get the products I purchase within 1-2 days. The products are well described and many customers have shared their experiences so you have a good idea of what sizes or products are best suited for the pet you're buying for. The customer service is always knowledgeable, easy to work with, and does their very best to make sure customers are 100% satisfied. (I have only ever needed a replacement one time, and it was taken care of and remedied extraordinarily well.) Today was the icing on the cake. Earlier in the week, I had emailed the company that my 12-year-old Golden Lab had passed away, and that I would need her profile removed. Then today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a lovely glass vase with a sympathy card attached from Chewy.com. to send their condolences on my loss. It was the nicest thing any company or corporation I have ever dealt with has done for me. Thank you Chewy.com for being an amazing company.

My mother passed away a few months ago and she had started using chewy to get my grandmothers dogs food delivered to her door step. She did this to make it easier on my nanny because it was difficult for her to carry the heavy back of special dog food that her lab needs for her food allergies. I called chewy to get the account switched over from her name to my name so I could help take care of that for my grandmother. My grandmother also is keeping my moms dog and chewy also is delivering her food! I can’t say enough of how kind John from chewy was to me over the phone and helped make a hard situation easier on me to help get this done for my grandmother. My grandmother just sent me a picture of beautiful flowers that John had delivered to her home. All I can say is WOW and thank you for the kindness to our family. You have no idea how much your kindness and compassion means to us...

I have to share that I normally do not write about positive experiences. So often we take the time to write a bad review if we are upset but less often do we give praise to those great experiences. I am writing about a great experience. Ashley D. and Lauren M. not only solved my return question in the easiest way for me as the consumer but also asked about my pets. I shared that I lost one of our beloved animals and Lauren responded with a very caring email. It made me feel not only connected to Chewy as a company that cares about it's customers but also a company that cares about animals and wants to provide excellent customer service.

Great customer satisfaction! I can't say enough good about Chewy! I just received a Christmas card from the company. Nice surprise!
