Best Company Ever! My little best fur friend passed away in my arms just days before Christmas. I was not looking forward to Christmas this year. On Christmas Eve is received a bouquet of red and white roses from Chewy. What a big kind heart this company has. I will never forget the kindness this company has shone me this year.

We LOVE Chewy!!! Earlier this year my loving cat Chester died. Chewy sent flowers!! A great big hug for Chewy😻

Besides being easy and their selection and prices I was surprised when they went beyond what I expected from a giant company. I received a letter from them for the holidays. It was handwritten. To take time to hand write something to someone is personal and means more to me than the coupons. Highly recommend.

Customer service is AMAZING. My dog decided to hate/fear his food after I bought it in bulk but had no issue eating our other dogs food. I emailed chewy and they almost instantly responded by reminding for all of the bags of food stating they arent going to ask for them back and requested that we donate them. They also offered to send my other dogs food as a replacement and waived the shipping. My mind is still blown from this. Thank you chewy

I've been using chewy.com for a few years now. It's the only online company I buy from instead of amazon. I trust them just as much, prices are just as good, shipping not free but if you buy about $50 worth it is free and sometimes there are free ship promos. I can always manage to pick out enough items. I like having all animal products on one site. If I get suggestions, they are animal related. I've started using the pharmacy for prescription food. They are great about contacting your vet for you. I've been really happy using chewy, customer service is really helpful. It would be nice if they had a kind of prime membership with free shipping, but it's not a show stopper. I like going there to get all the gifts for my animal relatives. And it may sound funny, but I like knowing that when a chewy box shows up at the door, it's for my animals. And they like it too!

Chewy's customer service is above and beyond any other digital seller I have done business with (and I am an avid digital shopper with a multi-pet household). While I am able to find anything I need for my pets on their site and shipping is quick - those things are often available at other vendors. But Chewy's pharmacy shines above any other which makes this company my go-to for my pets. Recently I had two orders (one prescription for my senior arthritic dog and some supplies for a cat). There were two orders. both delivered the same day - and both disappeared from my front porch before I was able to get home that day. Chewy understood the urgency of my dog's meds and in the midst of the Christmas season, was able to rush a replacement out to me. On top of that, I got one of the most kind, sincere phone calls from the pharmacist, letting me know the package was on the way and that he was so sorry that we were going through this. I felt like Chewy treated my dog as if she were theirs. And my pup is not suffering in pain because they cared. I would give them six stars if I could!

I have used Chewy's auto ship for approximately 2 years. Always extremely happy with what I receive and I always get the order very quickly. I just had to write this review because I had just had an auto ship go out from Chewy. The day after the auto ship went out, our sweet Molly passed away unexpectedly. She was only 8 years old. She had some medical issues that we thought were under control. It was extremely hard on our family to lose her so quickly and right before Christmas. I contacted Chewy to see if I could return the treats and supplies I had just had auto shipped out. They told me that they would refund my money and to donate the treats and supplies to a shelter in Molly's name. Made me cry, such a nice gesture from a company that seems to truly care about their customers and the animals they provide supplies to. Thank you Chewy for being so thoughtful during a very sad time for our family.
