Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Chewy.com is an amazingly thoughtful company. My orders always come on time. And their site is very easy to use. Before Christmas I got a hand-painted canvas picture of my 15 year old diabetic George. This picture will be with me for a lifetime. Thank you chewy.com ❤️

So thoughtful of Chewy to send flowers and condolences after my dog died just before Christmas.

I absolutely love this place! I shop here every month for my Fur baby Cody ( My Cat). They are so nice to you and if you are not happy with your purchase they will tell you that you can either give it to charity or a friend that might need it!♡♡And then they say don't worry we will also give you your refund for the purchase to. I am always surprised to hear that. My cat loves the toys I buy from their store and the treats to. I recommend this place for everyone who has pets of any kind!♡♡☆☆☆☆☆..

Chewy has been the very best online company I have ever seen! I love these people! I have never had a single issue with them and they are so kind and helpful when I do call. I had a shipment delivered once and Fed Ex left it on the road by our mailbox. But we had a huge snow and it covered it up. Fed Ex said they delivered it, but we couldn't find it. Chewy immediately sent a replacement bag. Later, when the snow finally melted off, we found that bag. I called and offered to pay for the bag they sent and they said it's no problem wouldn't take my money for it. They sent me a nice card when my lab passed a couple of years ago and they send us Christmas cards. They've also sent us oil paintings of our dogs which I loved! Totally unexpected! Wonderful and awesome company and people! Oh, and I want to add that I have been a customer of theirs for several years now and their service is as good or better than ever. Not their fault if Fed Ex messes up. I am editing this Dec 13th 2021 to add, I stand by this review! Regardless of people slamming them about being slow, etc, they are the very best! My orders from them aren't slow. Love this company and I will stick with them!

They have always been so excellent with their shipping I order so many of my dogs toys and treats on here and they are all greatly priced. Their customer service is above and beyond always sending me and my dog cards as well as a hand painted portrait of my dog! Definitely would highly recommend!

It had been a few months since I lost my sweet baby angel and I had forgotten to discontinue the automatic shipment for his food. I called customer service and she, Dystani, very kindly said she was sorry for my loss and immediately refunded me for the shipment and cancelled any future shipments. I was emotional as he had passed quickly and this was yet another reminder that he was truly gone. She again said sorry for my loss and followed that by saying if there was anything Chewy could do in the future to not hesitate to reach out. A week went by and a bouquet of flowers arrived at my house with a card from Chewy acknowledging my loss and grief!!! I mean who does this anymore?!?! Treat people like people! It was truly amazing and really touched my heart. I tell everyone I know that is a pet owner Chewy is a fantastic company and has the best customer support, period!

Well I am impressed. First time ordering and couldn't find the delivery and discovered they have 24 hour customer service: phone, chat and email. I used chat. Was connected instantly. My question was answered within seconds. Turns out it was my mistake and I'm a moron. Good to know! Thanks Chewy. So nice to have a frustration free experience with a competent company focused on customer service. So impressed.

The best costumer service, the best food, the best prices, the best deals!
