I have never seen a customer service department as good as the one at Chewy. They answer the phone quick, they resolve any issues immediately, can you just couldn’t ask for more. They are awesome.

Absolutely speechless! I had just ordered a case of senior dog meat and a 40lb bag of food. Unfortunately, I had to put my beloved companion down which is still devastating to me. I called Chewy and wanted to know if I could return the product. The gal I chatted with was so compassionate with me. In a world of chaos and hate it was refreshing to see people that there are still good people out there. She offered words of hope to me, and then told me she would credit the entire order and to bring the unused dog supplies to a local shelter and donate in my dog's name. Okay, so tears are pouring down my face at this time. A couple days later I had to leave to go out of town on business, still trying to deal with the loss of my best friend and I get a notice from a floral company telling me they have a delivery. Of course I had no idea of who would be sending me flowers, nor did I want flowers showing up at home only to be questioned why I was receiving them. I called back the florist who was trying to track down the sender. An hour later the florist called and said it looks like the card says chewy. Lo and behold, the gal at Chewy had flowers sent to me. Unbelievable and I will continue to praise Chewy for their customer service. Thank you Chewy! You have a life long partner.

Every package shows up on time, when one wasn't in time due to weather I was given a $15 off code. When I didn't receive an item one was sent to me for free. Chewy will have my business for a long time, I appreciate them!

My cat just recently passed and as I was slowly removing her items I noticed a full prescription that I ordered from Chewy. They were FANTASTIC!!!!!! They refunded my money and just asked me to bring the medicine to my vet for proper disposal. I was not expecting that, but am completely grateful. A great company to work with.

I had a problem with OnTrac and not receiving my very important package after 8 days. I had order an Aerokat inhaler and attachment for my baby as he has severe asthma and needs an inhaler and steroid everyday. I had called chewy’s 24 hour customer service line for the twice in a two day span to figure out what happened to my order. The customer service representative name LISA was absolutely amazing. She was extremely helpful when it came down to shipping dates, to where it was being shipped from, and overall she was hands off the nicest representative I’ve ever spoke with on the phone, ever. She resent out my order and was diligent about keeping in contact with me until I would receive the inhaler part. She took the matter very serious as it was medication for my furry baby! I made this call on Friday night at 8pm and received the package the next day before 4pm. Hands down to LISA! Thank you for making sure my baby, Tobias got what he needed! We appreciate you!

We lost our dog unexpectedly and Chewy was amazing when I called to cancel her prescription. They refunded our money for an unopened box of her meds and just took great care of us in this hard time. They have also rush delivered dog food when UPS lost our orginal box, free of charge. Forever a chewy.com costumer!
