I will not shop Chewy again. I made a purchase and put it on my credit card. I purchased 4 items. Apparently one of the items shipped from another facility and that one item was AGAIN applied to my card. When i called and questioned this I was told it would "fall off" once item was shipped (which it was in a day or two) because it was fulfilled by another facility. I was not informed that this would happen. I would have cancelled that item. Now I have to keep checking to make sure it will "fall off". This makes NO sense and the consumer should be made aware of this and given the choice. Yes, this is a big deal to me. Done with Chewy!

When a large outfit like Chewy is continually out of stock of a very common item like Neo Poly Dex, in BOTH ointment and suspension form, you gotta wonder what's going on. I had a similar experience with methamizole. So, IMO, it's more than chance factors. When you call the staff and they don't even know what the heck is up, then something must be up. Perhaps this may have been caused by the recent acquisition by Petsmart? I don't know, but the bottom line is: Come and get your food and litter, but don't depend on Chewy for your pharmacy needs.

Honestly, they aren’t the company you’ve learned to love over these years. Although they’ve been my go-to (even with Amazon as a competitor for immediate free shipping) it seems like a massive disconnect w the customers. I recently had called regarding a product than was too young for my adult puppy. After speaking with the rep I had inquired about a better, similar item. They sighed and asked if my credit was file was sufficient use. Obviously I wanted to ensure that I was ok with whatever item they..’genuinely’...encouraged... Ultimately they processed whatever was the fastest and on file. Chewy customer service seems pretty robotic and much less Trained than before. It’s quite disappointing

I’m not sure what’s going on but prices have skyrocketed on the sight and most of the stuff that I’ve been trying to get is sold out. I’m very disappointed. I take care of colonies and I can’t afford the food anymore.

I have no issues with chewy.com's products or pricing. My issue is with choosing to ship with OnTrac. OnTrac delivers until midnight. Are you crazy!??? I shop online, a lot. Never had a package stolen. But never had packages delivered in the middle of the night either. OnTrac delivered a package at 11:14pm. When I got up at 4:30am.... no package. Surprised? Not at all. We live in a "Good" neighborhood. At 1am there are creepy-crawly people checking things out. Live on the 3rd floor of an apartment. With security running around all night. You cannot expect to be able to deliver in the middle of the night, when people are asleep, and not have problems. Everywhere. Chewy replaced the package. I had it shipped to work where late night delivery isn't an option. Dumb, avoidable situation. Very annoying to have to call chewy and OnTrac. And my order now arrived 3 days later.

Lose packages and they deliver packages to wrong homes.

Not to sure what is going on with Chewy I have been a customer for several years with no problems but my last order was a complete disaster first of all it was a week late and when it arrived the box was crushed and bird food was opened and all over the box I could only use half of the food .very disappointed and if things dont in prove I will be moving on.

I don't drive and live very rural. I thought I would try ordering from chewy and some things were a couple dollars cheaper let alone I thought it would be nice to have it brought to the door. However, it will be almost 2 weeks by the time I receive my order! I think that's rediculous. Definately won't order again.
