OMG - 🥰 BLOWN AWAY... 🥰 I received my auto shipment the other day for my Zackary Binks prescription cat food.. (since I forgot to cancel it after he passed away a few weeks ago) and when I called to return my order that was nearly $100, Chewy.com gave me a full refund and asked that I donate the cat food! Wow! Then today, when I got home, there was flowers at my door that Chewy.com sent me in condolences for my loss! #blownaway #greatcustomerservice #thankyouChewy

I have never dealt with a company as thoughtful and tremendous as Chewy. When my favorite cat died, I needed to stop auto shipment on litter. Not only did they do that, but they sent me condolences and a beautiful bouquet. Trying to get a sick cat healthy, today I contacted Chewy regarding food he would not eat. It was a lot of food, but they credited me and asked that I donate the food. Where else do you find such compassion and caring. I would not buy pet supplies anywhere else!

I always have a good experience with customer service! They are so helpful and kind and make things so easy! I rarely write reviews but this company deserves one!

Customer service was always helpful and autoship made getting our pupa medications a breeze. We recently lost our dog and they not only refunded our last autoship but also were so kind in how they handled the situation. Chewy and their customer service representatives are so thoughtful and helpful.

I received an order with only one bag of dog food instead of the two I ordered. After a short time chatting with a rep the new bag is on its way with no problems. By far the best customer service in the industry. Quick and efficient.

By far, the best company I’ve ever ordered from! BEST CUSTOMER service! They actually care about your pets and make sure you get exactly what you expected and if not, they’ll happily give you a refund and help you pick the product that works best for your pet!

I have had nothing but amazing service from Chewy. Christmas we got a handwritten card and when I returned $100 in items they told me to keep them and donate them to a local shelter. I honestly couldn't believe it. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was kind and thoughtful as well. Best customer service I have received in a long time!

Chewy.com offers superior service, selection and pricing of everything you could possibly need for your pets. Their customer service is outstanding also. Agents are available 24/7 and are pleasant and helpful. It is easy to set up recurring orders so I don't run out of needed supplies, and also easy to adjust those orders to specialize a shipment. Orders generally arrive within 48 hours! You will not be disappointed.
