They made up for fed ex’s mistake. They OVERNIGHTED another package and even made sure I could get them food in the mean time from a local pet store. It’s RARE to feel VALUED as a customer. I have used Chewy for years and Never had an issue. Best value, best customer care, hands down my favorite pet supply company since 2016!

I've been shopping with Chewy for quite a few years for my cats and also my dogs before they passed of old age. The shipment was always fast and the customer service friendly. Recently I got a notice that there was a charge on my credit card and saw it was to Chewy. I opened up my account and saw it was for an auto shipment of prescription cat food for the recently and unexpectantly passing of my cat. I called to cancel the order explaining she just passed away. She was very understanding and helpful. A couple of days later I received a delivery of flowers from Katherine at Chewy expressing her sympathy on my loss. My husband and I were both shocked at the care and concern that was showned! Chewy understands that pets are part of our family and their loss are deeply felt. We miss our little lady Miss Kit terribly but employees like Katherine with her compassion helps ease our loss by recognizing our grief. I've never known of a company to go to such great lengths for customers. I'll be a customer for life.

I LOVE this company! Every time I have placed an order, it is correct and is at my door within 48 hours; sometimes (like this last order) 24 hours! I price other dog supplies elsewhere, but Chewy is cheaper in cost for almost everything. Thanks for your GREAT service Chewy!
