A day after placing dog food order, my fiancé and I had to put one of our dear pups, Cerberus, to sleep after a prolonged illness. We emailed to see if Chewy.com could cancel Cerberus's part of the order; however, it had shipped. Not only did they refund that portion of my purchase, today we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers along with a lovely card. We were both so touched.

I love chewy! The prices are great. The autoship is convenient. They are compassionate and have wonderful customer service.

I called to cancel my autoship for my senior dog when she passed. The lady was so helpful and was able to stop my autoship that was due to go out that day. A few days later, a large bouquet of beautiful flowers was delivered to me and it stated that they were sorry to hear of my Lulu's passing. Chewy sent the flowers! It was so personal and thoughtful. I am a customer for life!

I ordered cat food at 6pm Feb 25th and it arrived by 11am Feb 27th. Incredible service. I had 20% coupon. I've ordered meds in the past and it's always arrives before I really expect it... like morning instead of evening on standard delivery. I’m a little dumbfounded right now - I needed to return something. I called to see how and was wondering how much it was gonna cost to ship. Like the others - she refunded very quickly and said there was no need to send it back! What? This was a $100 item. I couldn’t believe it! So I’m definitely a believer in this company and will continue to shop from them. Wow. Just wow!!

I ordered a few things for my cat 2 days ago, I was blown away to see a big box arrive this morning. One of the things I got for Lucy is a toy called tower toy with butterfly. She's been having so much fun with this thing for the last two hours. She is completely ignoring the box it came in! This toy cost less than $10, and 100% worth it!

I recently discovered that ordering from Chewy.com instead of Amazon.com saves me about 30% on a lysine supplement that one of my cats needs twice a day for life. Today I called Chewy to return one of two muzzles that I had ordered for 2 of my female dachshunds that recently started fighting. One didn't fit. I planned to pay the shipping because I had ordered the wrong size but the gal that I spoke to, told me keep it and donate it to a local shelter. She provided a refund for the item and offered to ship a replacement free of charge, I would just pay for the new item. She held on the phone while I measured my dog to get correct sizing and was super kind. Chewy.com is hands down the nicest company I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them for their products, pricing and customer service!

Chewy is such a great company to deal with. I received a wrong order of food for my dog in an auto ship order. I called the company and Derek was so very helpful on the phone. He immediately put a new order in and told me to keep the other one and not to throw it out but pass it along to another dog and to give my little girl a belly rub! The very next day the new food delivery was at my door! I'm so impressed with customer service. I will always use them for my dog food orders. Thank you Derek. Loretta
