I am very pleased with Chewy and its customer service. The prescription food I have to get for my kitty is so easy to order! Initially, my vet faxed over a script, and within 24 hours my order was on its way. I have never had a problem with an order except twice, when some of the cans arrived badly dented through no fault of Chewy. When I reached out to customer service, the friendly reps were quick to resolve my issue with either a credit or replacement. They did not interrogate me over the details, but rather were more concerned with my ordering experience. Its so rare to find true customer service these days but I have found it with this company!

For once, a company that stands behind what they sale! Also, if you do need to contact them, they actually answer and provide top notch service! Chewy is one of a kind and I would recommend them any day!

I love how serious and genuine this company is! It was my error to cancel an autoship order because my pup can't use those items anymore as he has a sensitive stomach. He is now on a prescription diet. They went ahead and refunded me for that order and asked me to donate those items to a local shelter! Absolutely a great company! will continue to be their customer as long as I am pet parent.

Absolutely in love with Chewy!! Their website is user friendly, their prices are great and their autoship options are exactly what you need to make life with pets that much easier. I'll never forget flea medicine again! Above all, their customer service is TOP NOTCH. They are a large company but have always had a small, home-town feel with excellent and friendly staff. They even send out HAND WRITTEN birthday cards to your pets!! Which seems insane to me, they must have people on staff whose sole job is to write those cards. Anyways, I couldn't recommend this company enough! Love, love, LOVE!

Wow. What a caring company. I won’t bore you with details but they sent me a random gift of a portrait of my dog and I’m so touched. Customer service, service and products cannot be beat! Use them. Worth it!

Chewy.com has gone above and beyond in customer service. We recently lost our beloved Boxer Gus and his food was delivered the next day. I tearfully called Chewy to announce his passing and that I didn’t need the food and they refunded me and asked me to donate his food in his memory and then a few days later fresh flowers were delivered to my door! I love Chewy! ❤️🐶

What a caring company! We recently lost our big guy and had to cancel our auto delivery for his food. Not long after, we received flowers and a lovely hand written note from the rep my husband spoke with. Such kind words and compassion means so much when you loose one of your best friends!
