This was my first time ordering from them. No problems. I will see how it goes as I continue to order in the future.

I was so pleased that the order was delivered in such a quick fashion. Once the order is placed, timeliness is everything! All three items were just what I ordered. What more can I ask? (Oh, right,,,see litter reference below, please.) I am likely to order from Mr. Chewy again. I wish you carried my favorite litter (my cats like it too) - Cedarific. But then my shopping experience would be PERFECT and that rarely happens in life.

I found the pricing to be very comparable to what I would pay at retail stores, and I don't have to lug the heavy bags and cans up to my apartment! My only issue was with the Fed Ex driver, who didn't bother to ring my intercom to see if I was home, and therefore I had to wait an extra three days to get my delivery.

Dog food came fast but the box was torn and the bag of food was smashed and beat up.

mr. chewy has the only tinned cat food the little monster will eat. the giant petsmart that just descended on the neighborhood does not carry the stuff. I did notice that petsmart's litter prices are well below mr. chewy's so some comparison shopping may be in order before you click that final transaction.

Sent in a timely manner and with the price so low why would anyone want to go to the store to buy it.

I ordered three (3) Chewy products: Duck Duck Goose Dinner for dogs, Vitality Chicken Breast with Flaxseed & Vitamins, and Happy Hips - Glucosamine & Chondroitin with Chicken & Sweet Potato all for a 8 month old pup (Mini-Pincher). The pup is very finnicky about what he likes to eat. He's not too fond of the Duck Duck Dinner but, he can't seem to get enough of the Chicken Breast and Chicken & Sweet Potato.

My olny objection is that your price, per can, for my special hypo-alergenic dog food is about 10 cents higher each than at my vet's office. They do charge a local 7% sales tax, so the total buying price from you comes out less, but usually online purchases for my other pet supplies (meds, supplements etc.) are at least 20 % cheaper than buying locally. Fortunately, you don't charge for shipping, so I will continue to buy from you; I just though I'd save a bit more.
