After watching a YouTube dog training vid I got a prong collar for my retriever to get perfect loose lead walking results. It works well. I wish they offered free shipping for all orders.

I love the convenience and never had any issues with them! My dog loves the food and is always excited when the box arrives.

Chewy has reasonable prices and quick shipping via FedEx. I just wish that they offered the 18 lb bag of Dr. Elsey's Premium Clumping Cat Litter instead of only the 40 lb bag. This 60-year-old cat lady simply cannot safely handle the heavier bag.

Customer support looked out for my account and automatically signed me up for a loyalty card with the brand I always buy from, which includes online purchases. I have been purchasing most of my cat food from Chewy for years. Unfortuantely I just found out that Marshall products you carry supports Marshall BioResources who in their industrial facilities across US and Europe breed tens of thousands of dogs for the sole purpose of being sold for research purpose. Apparently, Marshall has a long record of abuse. Staff at their Italian subsidiary have been jailed for "unjustified killing and mistreatment" of dogs. Unfortunately Chewy supports this when they sell Marshall toys, treats, clothing, etc. made by a Marshall Division. "Rise for Animals" has been watching Marshall's carefully. "I urge Chewy to server ties with Marshall BioResources thereby ending pipeline of misery for animals and regaining the Respect of _Your Customers." It is my hope, Sumit Singh,CEO and Satisll Mehta, CTO, and Michael Day see this! I and many more cannot support Chewy under these circumstances. Please let your conscience be your guide. Have been a customer for years. Chewy has been great overall, we only experienced one time they wouldn't give a replacement for a damaged item which resulted in a lot of back and forth. Otherwise it's been no problem and fast shipping, easy, and we love the convenience of it.

(UPDATE) Chewy reached out and resolved this issue once they read this review. They performed above and beyond todays business standards ensuring that the issue is resolved. The sad thing is that I had to post such a review to gain their attention. Form a one to a four star only because of that. I do think they are five-star worthy. - "I've ordered several times, ending up canceling all except one that took over a month to fulfill, which I forgot about. I have made numerous attempts to resolve the issue with their Customer Service. They are all sorry (according to every person I chatted with) and insisted that they have not received authorization from my Vet to fulfill it. Today, I walked into my Vet's office, and they provided proof, responding promptly and returning the authorization multiple times. Chewy, you have a problem! When I have a sick puppy and rely on you for his health by providing the prescribed medications, he will surely die."
