Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Everything I needed to give my pets what they need is on this site. Sure, they've got the products, but they also allow shoppers to review their items on-site; this makes it much easier to make a well informed purchase. The level of quality of the service is pretty stellar, too. Can't go wrong with Chewy!

Chewy’s customer service is always prompt and attentive. They really care about our pets! Anytime I order from their site, the items arrive timely and as expected. The one time something I ordered broke within a couple weeks, I notified them and they immediately shipped out a replacement free of charge.

I absolutely love Chewy! I have 9 dogs and 6 cats. I get all my food and litter from Chewy delivered. No more hurting my back at the store. They deliver it, my husband brings it in. I don't pay anymore than I would at the store.

Chewy. Amazing isn't the word. Every time I call, I get the sweetest person. Every time I email, I get the sweetest person. I have always gotten a refund or something sent to me in return of what I made a mistake of. This time around they caught my entire heart...this time they sent the house some flowers because a few months ago we lost one of our babies (a cat). To Elizabeth from chewy, your heart has mine and thank you. Thank you for giving me tears of happiness about something that hurt ever so much. Here's to hoping I bump into you again on the phone or online. Thank you Chewy for having amazing people and caring about our pets as much as we do ♡

Chewy is a great site! They always have high quality products, and when buying in bulk (dog food, treats, etc.) you can save with their free shipping option. Also, AMAZING customer service. I wanted to return a sweater that didn't fit my dog, and they refunded the amount, waived the shipping fee on my new sweater, AND let me keep the old one to be donated to a local shelter. I'll be shopping here again!

The customer service is 10+/10. It's phenomenal how helpful their customer service agents are. I choose to order from them again & again because of the service.

I can't say anything bad about Chewy or customer service. They have been top notch in online ordering, shipping, customer service. When my cat Spooky passed Jan 30th 2020 I was deeply sad.We all know the feeling when our buddies/companion passes. I had 2-1/2 cases of prescription cat food left. I called chewy and they bought the unopened cases back, 52.60 ea. Awesome company. A few days ago the door bell rang, a guy with flowers was there. I didn't know any woman who would send me flowers. I'm a male. I opened the card that was attached. To my surprise , Chewy had sent me flowers. What a kind, thoughtful, heartwarming thing to do. That made my day. Thank you Jennifer for the kindness. Thank you Chewy for being an AWESOME COMPANY. From Vic Franzone sr

Placing my order was always fast, simple and convenient. That isn't what this review is about. Recently we lost our beloved cat of 20 years. Kramer meant the world to my wife and myself. Being of that age meant special food, medication and even his litter. All of which we obtained through auto purchases and delivery. The day after Kramer's passing, there was a scheduled delivery on the front porch. My heart dropped and I knew we needed to cancel our orders. We called Chewy and let them know of our situation. Customer service was more than accommodating and fulfilled our last request. Returning home from work two days later, there was a bouquet of flowers on the porch. My wife read the card and it was from Chewy's with their condolences. Are you kidding me! They could have canceled our order and moved along with every day operations. But that isn't the way thet do business. This level of customer service is unheard of today. While I dont see a new family member in the near future, you can be sure I will be conducting my business with Chewy's!! Hopefully someone from Chewy's reads this and knows how much their customer service is valued. Thank you Chewy's!!!
