I honestly cannot say enough good things about Chewy. They care for their customers, first and foremost and are always willing to make things right. I wish every company was like them. On a NORMAL day, it takes me 2 days at the most to receive my orders and if anything is ever broken, they never have a problem to replace it at no cost. Any time I talk to a team member at Chewy, they take such a vested interest in taking care of their clients and their pets and that is why I will use Chewy for life. Thanks again, guys and keep up the good work!

We’ve been using Chewy for several years to get auto ship meds for one of my elderly dogs medical conditions. Service has always been great and cost effective. Unfortunately, just over a week ago our beloved rescue furry child secummed to heart failure and had to be put to rest. At the time, a new shipment had just shipped for him. I emailed Chewy support and explained that situation, and wanted to stop/cancel the order. Keep in mind, this is all during the unprecedented COVID-19 impact. I had first tried calling support, but wait times were exponentially high. I promptly got a reply after a day, and they genuinely expressed their condolences for our loss. It surprised me completely as very few responses from merchants in this day and age would go beyond a simple reply. They said they would do what they could to stop and refund, as the item had already been preparing to ship. A day later, the item shipped, and I emailed them again on what my options were. They said they would attempt to cancel the delivery with the carrier, and if they couldn’t, they would still refund, and said to donate the meds to a shelter or rescue agency. Again, they expressed their condolences on our loss. In the next day or so, we received a wonderful flower bouquet delivery from a local florist. It was a complete surprise that it came from Chewy and again expressing their condolences. I also got full refund for the cost and shipping, and then also got the meds delivered. For which, I will be donating back to the rescue group we are associated and active with. I’m just amazed, during all that is impacted during COVID-19, that a business takes such a personal interest in the small customer, and takes time and expense to have genuine concern, and knows our pets are truly family members. Our vet didn’t even gives us a thought, and we spent an exponential amount to them for the last hours of his life then the amount we’ve spent with Chewy in our lifetime. For this, I will be a lifetime customer of Chewy and always think of them for first for every pet need I have. I hope you do as well!!

As a small pet rescue for hospice and senior dogs, Chewy has been there for us during this crisis. I would go between Amazon and Chewy for my needs, but Amazon has chosen to ignore the needs of the many rescues out there by putting a cap on the amount of dog food you are able to order. Even after talking to many supervisors at Amazon, they refused to override their system to meet our needs. Chewy has now earned our full loyalty. I guess it is during a crisis when you find out who really has your back. If there are any other recues out there in the same boat, you have found the right place. If you support rescues out there, then know you found a company that supports us and are in good hands. Thank you to everyone at Chewy for being there for our pets. I know their bellies will be full during their final days upon this earth.
