Chewy’s customer service is beyond excellent. I order my dog’s arthritis medicine from them regularly without ever having an issue or experiencing any delays. This month my package was lost by FedEx. It stated it was delivered but I never received it. I was devastated not only because the medicine is very expensive but I was also running out of time to replace what I has at home. I contacted chewy asking what I can do is this medication is very expensive. Chewy replaced my order free of charge. It is obvious that they care about their customers. I could not be more thankful.

Super customer service. Dealt with same agent both times and he was super nice and friendly. I had a hard time dealing with the return because my dog, Louie, had just passed away and he was super nice and sympathetic.

It is so difficult to get good customer now but Chewy has cornered the market on awesome customer service! I have never once had a bad experience. In fact, I just lost my cat and when I phoned about returning my last order they immediately credited my card..nothing required on my part. On top of that I received flowers from them a few days later. I cannot thank them enough. Chris Alexander

Top notch all around. My go-to ever since my beloved cat got sick and the folks at Chewy were so kind and sympathetic when they helped me fill a life saving prescription. I'm glad I set up an auto refill with them as my orders get priority over new customers during the covid - 9 nightmare. They even sent me an email telling me to order about three weeks early to avoid running out of cat food during the insane crush of sudden orders. I ordered early but they managed to ship the very next day anyway. I've read other reviews that said they were rude, which I find difficult to believe. I do believe the agents are swamped beyond anything they've ever faced and are doing their level best to keep the high quality of their customer service up.

I love this company. I have 3 dogs and one cat so I order a lot from them, 70-80 lbs of food a month in fact. One of my dogs can be picky about food/gets an upset stomach with certain ingredients and so there has been a few incidences where I have had to reach out to see about returning food that made him sick. They have gotten back to me very quickly, been incredibly friendly and both times I had to return something they asked me to donate it to a local shelter and gave me a refund. I absolutely love that idea and appreciate the hassle free nature of the app and customer service alike. In addition, they have kept me informed with COVID delays and updates. Anyone complaining about delays at this point in time clearly doesn’t have the patience/understanding of what many companies are going through like Chewy. I have been impressed with the way they have handled the influx of deliveries and shipping delays. Highly recommend this company, it has the perks of a large company with many of the benefits of a small business .

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Chewy. My Akita pup passed the day my order arrived. Heartbroken and still quite raw the next morning, I called Chewy and spoke with Destiny about what had tragically happened the day before. Not only was my account credited for his items (which was donated in his memory to the local ASPCA), her compassion in handling a phone call of this magnitude helped ease my pain in explaining what had happened to my beloved Ronin. 3 days later I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with peach Roses expressing her condolences. Chewy is much more than a pet supply place. They care for their customers and their fur babies. This is what every company should strive to be. We all have feelings and devastating things do happen. I was not just a "customer", I was a grieving pet parent who needed an ear to understand. They took the time to care. I will always use Chewy for my cats. I recommend that everyone should use this company. Every business should follow this model. With many thanks and love Destiny and Chewy to be there when I needed you the most ❤

Chewy has been amazing! I’ve been a customer for close to a year and a half now, and have Zero complaints. During this Covid-19 crisis they let me know that orders were being delayed, and that I might want to move up my autoship order in order to get it on time! I got my order a bit later than their usual 2 day delivery, but well within their 7-10 day estimate! As part of my order I got a squeaky ball for my dog - only when the ball arrived it was outside its packaging and didn’t squeak! I called, and they’re shipping me a new one - no questions asked! Fantastic customer service! This company cares, and their employees are helpful. Every year Chewy sends my dog Christmas and Birthday cards! Thanks Chewy!

Best customer service ever! I placed an order for a grooming table, order shipped next day. Checked tracking only to find out it shipped to my old address ( my fault, almost senior moment) On truck for delivery today. Called and explained the situation to be told no worries, will ship another free of charge, donate the one that was delivered (my friend bought my old home) AWESOME Chewy :)
