I have the auto ship now every 8 weeks, have had for about 6 months now. My dog “Dog” loves Chewy. He sees the box and goes crazy. Everyone at Chewy is so friendly and helpful, even though I have auto ship I always find things for my dog and a friends cat. You cannot go wrong, I ordered a item but turned out it was to small for my dog, I called to reorder and they asked me to donate the item and sent me another free. You can call anytime and they are so friendly and helpful. In this time of Covid-19 the company is still sending stuff out but are being very very careful for employees and Us. Go with Chewy.com your Pets will love you forever and your wallet will too

Chewy is one of the best online services I've ever used! They have amazing prices, are fast, and their customer service is the absolute best. I order from them a lot, and once I messed up an order and instead of making me exchange it, they asked me to donate it and sent a replacement. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone with pets!

Chewy.com has the most fabulous customer service. My darling cat, Pullo, had to be put to sleep less than a week ago. In the time of Covid-19 I had purchased a couple of additional bags of food not, of course, imagining he wouldn't be around to enjoy it. I cancelled my subscription order with Chewy and received the most heartfelt condolence email within a day of letting them know I didn't need the food any more. Not just that, when I broached the subject of a refund, they credited my account within 2 days and suggested that instead of returning the food to them, I donate it to a local pet shelter. Their actions just made me feel a bit better which, when social distancing in the time of Covid-19 and losing a dearly loved pet, was quite a feat. Thank you Chewy.com for understanding and considering the wider pet community. AND, all this has happened in a 6 day period. Will be shopping with you for any pet needs I have in the future. :)

Excellent customer service! Kind, understanding & compassionate. My Yorkie died. I called to return her canned prescription dog food. Not only did they credit me, but I was surprised by a delivery of beautiful flowers with the sweetest note from Suzanne! Happy tears! I still have four senior dogs & one young Newfoundland. I love Chewy! 🐶❤️🐾

I just want to let Chew.com know that I was SURPRISED this afternoon when a florist truck pulled up to my house and delivered fresh flowers........I never expected this. My handsome white Boxer died recently and I had to call in and discontinue my shipment of food. Also, I Want to let the public know that they refunded my money back to me on an unopened Big bag of dry food.....I offered to send it back but they suggested that I donate it to a pet shelter which I will do when they re-open.....Thank you Chew.com....I NEVER EXPECTED ANY OF THIS!!!! I started ordering from chewy a year ago since my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and needed special food that they carry. I’ve always liked going into stores like Petsmart before, but I was happy how fast the order arrived! They make it simple to get prescription medicine since they will contact your vet or you can contact the vet. Since then I now buy everything my cat needs from them, such as litter or toys. The auto ship really helps a lot too. They even set aside my cats auto ship orders during this pandemic to guarantee it still gets here on time since they’re getting a lot of orders lately. It’s a really good company with great customer service!
