Incredible customer service. I just love Chewy! Mainly for their customer service, they go above & beyond! They even sent a handwritten birthday card to my cat! It made me feel really special that someone would take the time to do such a thing. With that alone, I will be a loyal customer for life! I also appreciate their selection, prices & shipping are fair, easy & timely. they are a one stop shop for all pet needs, I highly recommend!

Chewy is the cream of the crop when it comes yo being a company of their word. Very refreshing in the times we live in. If our politicians were as upfront as this company America would be great again.

I've only been a Chewy.com member for a few months and just want to say how great they have been. My orders have arrived quicker than they were expected. I had a cat that had diabetes and they were very thoughtful when I notified them of her passing. This is a company that is doing things right!!! I will continue to support them and encourage anyone else needing pet supplies to do so as well. Although I recognize the carbon footprint ordering online creates, I know they are doing what they can to provide recyclable and/or reusable shipping materials. Frankly, not only does using chewy.com save me time and money, it saves on the emissions my vehicle is producing going from store to store! Thanks chewy!!! Animal lover ♥

Many thanks for making sure my pet Riley got his apoquel on time. You cared more than Riley’s veterinarian did. Thank you very much! Riley’s 16th birthday was yesterday & he was itch free because of you. I am a Chewy fan forever! Thanks again.

Their customer service is amazing when it comes to returns. They were not kidding on their website when they said hassle-free returns. I bought a kong on their website that my dog didn't like and asked if it was okay to return it even though it was used. Not only did they immediately refund my money but they told me not to worry about sending back the kong and donate it to a shelter of my choice. They are amazing and everything they have sent me has come in a timely manner and if you want to cancel an order before they ship it is so easy to do on their website. I highly recommend them.

Hello, I had been getting meds for my dog through my vet for The last 5 years discovered that I could get the same medication from chewy for half the price, but Chewy needed a prescription from my vet who wanted to charge me $25 to do so,at a time when so many people are having a hard time, just not right, I'm looking for a new vet, I explained that to Chewy and they decided to refund me that $25 thank you so much, you made my week

I absolutely love Chewy having used them for at least a year! My order always arrives within 48 hours if not 12, not kidding. But with the COVID situation things have been taking a bit longer understandably. Their customer service is EXCELLENT. Returns are super easy. I rarely review companies but Chewy has earned my attention to do one! Customer service is so rare these days!
